Jerry Jones has spoken out following Ezekiel Elliott's alleged bar fight ... saying Zeke's got to do a better job dealing with the "rock star" lifestyle. The Dallas Cowboys owner didn't address the incident ... but made it clear the superstar RB needs to be more careful cause the cameras are always rollin'.

"Because of his style and personality, it’s like a rock star wherever he goes in terms of attention,” Jones told reporters. "Certainly Zeke is evolving and being subject to needing to learn how to deal with the media and social media the way it is today. ... We want to continue (to) educate ourselves as to how behavior, how it can be portrayed." Basically, ya gotta watch every step you take. FYI, the Dallas PD's still investigating the incident ... but hasn't named any suspects.

Joycelyn Savage's father knows EXACTLY who got her involved with R. Kelly, and how she ended up living with the singer ... because she claims her dad helped orchestrate the whole thing. Sources close to Joycelyn tell JAMZ 101.5 HD 2 ATLANTA ... the 21-year-old singer's father, Timothy, was on board with his daughter going to live with Kelly almost 2 years ago after Joycelyn and Kelly met at a concert. We're told the eventual plan --

hatched by Dad, R. Kelly and others -- was for Joycelyn to stay at Kelly's house to develop as a singer under his tutelage. We're told Timothy was the one who dropped her off at a friend's house to be driven to Kelly's. Our sources say Timothy knew Joycelyn would stay with Kelly for some extended period -- perhaps months -- but had no idea it would be for years. As Joycelyn first told us ... it's been about 6 months since she's seen her family in person -- but she's telling friends her dad knows her exact whereabouts. She's refused to reveal her location to us.

21 Savage is going all out when it comes to a personalized piece of jewelry he just scooped up -- it's not only a replica of his mug ... it's dripping in diamonds. Gabriel Jacobs, owner of Rafaello & Co, just debuted the Atlanta rapper's new split personality pendant -- one side is Savage's face, right down to his tats. The other side is a Jason Voorhees mask ... a tip of the hat to his "Slaughter King" mixtape. Gabe tells us it took him more than 2 months to finish the pendant. The head is covered in 100 carats of VVS grade, near flawless, natural white diamonds. That's what $125,000 will get ya! This piece AND Amber Rose? Who's having a better summer than Savage?

DMX and the IRS have major beef ... the feds just slapped the rapper with 14 counts of tax evasion, and he's already surrendered to law enforcement. The U.S. Attorney's Office in NYC says DMX has concealed his income for several years and is now about $1.7 million in the red to the IRS. According to the indictment, X had cash pouring in during the early 2000s from a slew of hits. The feds even name checked "X Gon' Give It to Ya" in the docs.

They say he was avoiding using personal bank accounts, using accounts of surrogates -- including business managers -- and lived mostly on cash. According to the docs, when DMX appeared on 'Couples Therapy' he was supposed to be paid $125,000 -- but when he got his initial check the proper taxes had been withheld ... which didn't sit well with him. The feds say he went back to producers and demanded a new check for the full amount ... which he got. In the indictment, prosecutors say he listed his income in 2011 and 2012 as "unknown" ...

when in reality he'd made $353k and $542k, respectively. In 2013, he finally did report income ... of $10k. That number was a little off, according to feds, who say he actually hauled in $250k that year. If DMX is convicted on all 14 counts, he's looking at 44 years in federal lockup. He turned himself in Thursday evening, and will be officially indicted Friday morning before a judge.

Beyonce and Jay-Z's twins are finally camera-ready and making their public debut. Sir and Rumi Carter posed with Mom surrounded by a rose-filled trellis in an oceanside location -- it looks a lot like the grounds of the Malibu palace where we know Bey and Jay have been living since the kids were born. It's been about a month since the little boy and girl arrived. As we first reported ...

they were hospitalized for a while after birth to get treatment for jaundice. Not only do they look totally healthy now ... checkout the full head of hair on one of 'em! Congrats!

A deal that would end the Carmelo Anthony era in New York and reunite the All-Star forward with Mike D’Antoni in Houston “is at the two-yard line,” a person familiar with the trade negotiations told the Daily News. On Wednesday, ESPN reported that the Knicks and Rockets are trying to recruit a fourth team into a proposed deal to facilitate a blockbuster trade. The deal needs to be expanded due to Anthony’s contract and because the Knicks are opposed to acquiring Rockets forward Ryan Anderson. A deal to Houston would pair Anthony with his long-time friend, Chris Paul, as well as his former Olympic teammate James Harden.

Late last month, Harden and Anthony attended fashion week in Paris, where Harden began actively recruiting Anthony knowing the Rockets were on the verge of acquiring Paul from the Clippers. Soon afterward, Anthony informed the Knicks that he would waive his no-trade clause to play for the Rockets. He also managed to outlast his nemesis Phil Jackson in New York, and don’t discount the importance of that victory to Anthony. The Cavs are the other team Anthony would accept as a destination. But they’ve declined to budge on their stance of not offering up Kevin Love, and so the Rockets quickly became the more aggressive trade partner — and, for a couple weeks now, the likeliest destination for the greatest Knick since Patrick Ewing. Anthony is also concerned that

LeBron James may leave the Cavs next summer as a free agent, with the Lakers as the speculated destination. Houston is a more stable situation. Plus, it is financially beneficial for Anthony to play in Texas, which does not have state income tax. The problem with the Rockets is that they want to match salaries by dealing Anderson, who has three years and over $61 million remaining on his deal. Anthony — who is a much better all-around player — has only two years and $54 million on his contract. The idea is to shed salary and move away from one-dimensional players, not take more on. In other words, the Knicks need a third team to take on Anderson’s contract. The fourth team, according to ESPN, would take on a player “neither the Knicks nor Rockets would accept.” A four-team trade hasn’t been completed in the NBA since 2012,

when Dwight Howard went from the Magic to the Lakers in a deal that also included the Nuggets and Sixers. The complexity of such deals makes them easily combustible, but the most important parties in this situation — the Knicks and Rockets — are confident they’ll complete the trade soon. Anthony going to Houston seemed implausible only a couple of weeks ago, partly because of his feud with D’Antoni when they were partnered in New York. But the combination of Harden’s recruiting and the trade for Paul cleared the path for an unlikely reunion between Anthony and his former coach. About five years ago, D’Antoni quit the Knicks because of Anthony’s discontent with his preferred style of play. “(Carmelo and I) don’t have a bad relationship. I speak to him. He’s a good guy,” D’Antoni, who coached Anthony as an assistant with Team USA, said last year on The Vertical podcast.

“But I had one vision that I wanted him to play one way. He wanted to go the other way. I couldn’t get to my way.” Cleveland would provide Anthony with a more realistic path of reaching his first NBA Finals. The road in the Western Conference is far more challenging, especially with the defending champion Golden State Warriors bringing their top eight players back. The Rockets lost to the Spurs in the second round last May with Harden disappearing in Game 6. It was an odd ending to an MVP-caliber season for Harden, who became the Rockets’ primary ball handler. But the Rockets will alter the way they play with the addition of Paul. The Knicks are far from contenders and are hoping to acquire young players and/or draft picks. Their goal in free agency was to get faster and more athletic. They then signed Tim Hardaway Jr. and Ron Baker to a combined $80 million. Although the Knicks only have about $1.4 million in cap space, they could theoretically create more by trading Anthony. It depends on how much guaranteed salary they take back.

The gang from "Jersey Shore" is getting back together on TV, but no more of the shenanigans that made us love/hate them. Production sources tell us ... a cable network will showcase the current versions of Snooki, JWoww, Pauly D, The Situation and company for a TV special on the impact of the reality show on their lives, and where they are now.

We're told the reunion is not a full series pickup -- either a one-time special or just a couple episodes -- and will have a documentary feel. Our sources say the special will be the first of several, reuniting casts from various popular shows that aired back in the day. Snooki posted pics of herself and her female co-stars out and about last week in Jersey with the apt caption, "Reunion Time."

Educational segregation is not a thing of the past but rather is alive and well more than six decades since the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Brown v. Board of Education. Back then, Jim Crow segregation created separate and unequal education, and dictated that white public schools would receive more resources. Today, race and economics intersect as wealthy white communities are forming their own school districts. As was reported in US News, some states allow communities to break off and form their own districts, taking their tax dollars with them and siphoning off crucial financial resources from schools in low-income areas that are more diverse and where communities and children are more vulnerable.

The nonprofit group EdBuild, which deals with educational funding and equity, recently released a report called Fractured: The Breakdown of America’s School Districts. The report found that 30 states have laws on the books to allow small towns to secede from larger communities. Across the nation, 71 localities have attempted such a move and 47 have succeeded since 2000. One good example of this secession movement is taking place in Alabama, which makes it particularly easy for communities to secede. For example, a federal court has allowed the town of Gardendale, a white, middle-class section of Jefferson County, to break off from the rest of their current school district for the purposes of, as the mayor articulated, “keeping our tax dollars here with our kids, rather than sharing them with kids all over Jefferson County.”

The new school district would serve a student population of 2,000 that is 22 percent nonwhite and 7 percent low income. In contrast, throughout Jefferson County, one fifth of the children are impoverished and the majority are nonwhite. Another example is Shelby County, Tenn., in the Memphis area. After six communities seceded from Shelby County, its budget was cut by one-fifth, seven schools were closed and hundreds of teachers were laid off. Tennessee, as US News noted, has one of the most relaxed secession policies, requiring only 1,500 students and the vote of a majority of people in the municipality.

When well-to-do white school districts break off from their larger, poorer and darker areas, they take the resources and the tax base with them. The report noted that 21 of the 30 states allowing secession require action by voters, while 21 require approval by a state authority. Three states require a constitutional amendment and only one state requires the state legislature to take action. Only six of these states must consider racial and socioeconomic factors, and nine must consider the impact on funding. The concept of school district secession harkens back to the days of the segregation academies or Christian academies, private schools founded by whites after the Brown desegregation decision to avoid having their children attend school with Black children.

Over the years, as The Daily Beast found, these white academies had to move beyond the whites-only rationalization for their existence, adding the rationale that they needed to combat “secular humanism” and liberalism, even as the importance of race remained. These private white schools remain, their student bodies remaining overwhelmingly white and wealthy, with few or no Black students. Educational segregation is on the increase in America. As Frontline reported, data from the UCLA Civil Rights Project showed that in the South, the percentage of Black students in majority white schools went from zero to a high of 43.5 percent in 1988. By 2011, the number had reverted to 1968 levels at 23.2 percent. This is important because the UCLA figures demonstrate a high correlation between segregation and poverty. Over half of the children in the poorest schools are Black and Latino, translating into lower-quality teachers, supplies and facilities.

“In many respects, the schools serving white and Asian students and those serving Black and Latino students represent two different worlds,” the UCLA researchers said. “Segregation is typically segregation by both race and poverty. Black and Latino students tend to be in schools with a substantial majority of poor children, but white and Asian students are typically in middle-class schools,” the UCLA report noted. “Segregation is by far the most serious in the central cities of the largest metropolitan areas, but it is also severe in central cities of all sizes and suburbs of the largest metro areas, which are now half nonwhite. Latinos are significantly more segregated than Blacks in suburban America. The nation’s system of education does not provide opportunity in an equitable manner. The problem of economic disparities among school districts arises when one considers the manner in which schools are funded in America.

As The Atlantic reported, education is financed based on the money available within a given district, which may or may not correlate with the amount of resources necessary to effectively teach children. School funding is locally based, and the federal government supplies 8-9 percent of school budgets through programs such as school lunch and Head Start, with state and local government making up the balance, with the particular formula depending on each state. Throughout the country, poor districts spend 15.6-percent less than districts of greater means, according to the U.S. Department of Education. Greater school expenditures lead to students completing more education, higher earnings and lower poverty as adults, as the National Bureau of Economic research found. UCLA makes a number of recommendations.

For example, they suggest that civil rights organizations develop strategies and legal tactics to reverse the trend of educational segregation. The federal government can set the tone in setting national policy and providing for equity in the schools, and states should aggressively recruit Black and Latino teachers. The report also urges that HUD do more to address housing re-segregation, including a joint project with the Justice and Education Departments to support integration in communities and schools in gentrifying cities and racially shifting suburbs. “We recommend substantial expansion of magnet school funding, strong civil rights policies for charter schools, serious incentives for regional collaboration and teacher training for diverse and racially changing schools,” the report added.

Blue Ivy Carter has accomplished more things in her five years on earth than I will in my entire lifetime, a fact that I, a mere mortal, dutifully accepted the minute she was born. Beyoncé and JAY-Z's oldest has walked red carpets, has gone on wildly lavish vacations, has clearly inherited her mom's dance moves, and will likely one day, as Parks and Recreation once predicted, own an airline called Jet Blue Ivy.

On top of all that, Blue is also coming for her father's hip-hop crown, which she proves on one of the three bonus tracks for his latest album, 4:44. Related JAY-Z Apologizes For Cheating on Beyoncé in His Emotional New Song, "4:44" JAY-Z included the bonus tracks in honor of 4:44 being released on iTunes and Apple Music on Thursday night, including "Blue's Freestyle/We Family."

While a lot of the lines are gibberish (or possibly just in another language that only people with at least a million dollars in their bank accounts can understand), there's one that comes across crystal clear: "Never seen a ceiling in my whole life." Naturally, the internet lost it.

T.I. lays it down. "Flawed" and showing "poor character" were just some of the terms T.I. used to describe Rob Kardashian's recent antics in a new video. As per TMZ, the veteran rapper had some words of advice for his fellow men, but mostly for the Kardashian clan member, who drew the ire of the Internet this past week with his graphic,

revenge porn posts about Blac Chyna's infidelity. You'll recall that Tip had previously weighed in on the situation as well, stating that Rob had "no moves." Kardashian then went after T.I. for supposedly paying to have a threesome with Chyna and his wife Tiny. There's definitely no love lost between these two men.

The mogul failed to pay $10,000 after purchasing artwork. Among others, Birdman can finally put on his legal disputes to rest. He recently took the route of settling out of court on a case involving a piece of artwork depicting Tupac Shakur. It was artist Leonor Anthony who originally filed against Birdman for his failure to pay Anthony $10,000 for two pieces of the late rapper and another dedicated to the story of Birdman.

The lawsuit arrived months after the Cash Money Records co-founder failed to pay up. A judge ruled in Anthony's favor, ordering Birdman to pay the full amount plus $407.75 worth of interest, after he failed to respond to the court order, Bird was further hit with an execution that placed a levy on the mogul's Miami condo. Pleading that he wasn't aware of the court order, he appeared in court to get the judge to not find him in contempt and give him a chance to respond to the allegations. Now, Anthony has filed to dismiss the case, explaining that the case will soon be closed without the option of refiling.

NBA YoungBoy destroyed a Lamborghini rental and ditched it ... a car he wasn't even supposed to be driving in the first place ... according to a new lawsuit. Exotic Car Rental in Los Angeles claims the rapper crashed the 2016 Lamborghini Huracan Spyder on June 29 after speeding down a residential street ... then left it on the side of the road with severe damage and took off. According to the docs,

YoungBoy's agent actually rented the car on June 27 and agreed he'd be the only person to operate the Lambo and would be "personally liable for any and all damages." Exotic Car Rental claims the car was totaled, with damages exceeding $350,000. They want YoungBoy and his agent to pay ... plus any additional costs related to the wreck-and-run.

Sources close to YoungBoy deny he had any involvement with the car accident and claim the Lambo was rented by a guy in his crew ... not his agent. We're told the reason the car was left behind is because there was an injury that required a ride to the hospital. However, sources close to Exotic tell us the rapper was ID'd by an eyewitness on the scene. Law enforcement is still investigating.

Was rap trio Migos kicked off a Delta flight “for doing absolutely nothing”? That’s what a video video posted on Frequency 360 Radio claims, though the airline says otherwise. Migos was removed from the plane on Friday when the group was trying to fly from Atlanta to Des Moines, Iowa, for a show. The incident apparently happened over Takeoff’s bag being on the floor and not in the overhead storage bin. That’s where the stories diverge. In a statement given to HuffPost, Delta claims “Delta flight 1532 from Atlanta to Des Moines returned to the gate, prior to departure,

to deplane several customers seated in the First Class cabin who repeatedly refused to follow crew member instructions to buckle their seatbelts and stow carry-on items in the overhead bins.” Frequency 360 Radio reports Migos’ manager says the members were actually removed because of racial profiling. According to the manager, the three individuals fell asleep in their seats and never heard the instructions. When the plane made it to the runway and Takeoff’s bag was still on the floor, he was removed from the flight. Quavo,

Offset and their manager reportedly left the flight in support of Takeoff. In a video posted on Frequency 360 Radio, you can see the members of Migos looking confused as they leave the plane. “You kicked us off a plane for doing absolutely nothing,” the person recording says, adding that Migos will sue Delta. Delta’s statement says, “The customers were rebooked on an alternate flight to Des Moines, which arrived around 9 p.m. Friday evening.” Migos reportedly had a show scheduled for 10 p.m. The group later posted a video on Instagram thanking Delta for giving them an entire plane to themselves for the flight to Des Moines.

Grab your wallets, Tupac fans ... the legendary rapper's personally-owned Duke Blue Devils basketball jersey is hitting the auction block!!! One of the most famous pics of Pac from the '90s shows him wearing the blue #5 jersey, which was worn on the court by Jeff Capel at the time. Pac apparently loved the look so much, he got one for himself.

The jersey -- which has been framed and comes with a letter of authenticity from his bodyguard -- is Tupac's personalized uni that he "frequently wore during his downtime at home," according to Goldin Auctions. No word on how much the threads are expected to rake in ... but considering it's Tupac, it ain't gonna be cheap. The auction ends August 5.

Robert Pattinson probably had good reason to keep his earbuds close at LAX ... he was on the same flight as his ex. Robert arrived Friday after flying with Kristen Stewart and her girlfriend Stella Maxwell from France to the City of Angels.

You may recall, Robert's relationship with Kristen was rocky ... especially after she allegedly cheated on him with director Rupert Sanders. Time heals all, or so they say. Nevertheless, Robert left LAX without Kristen being anywhere in sight.

Rob Kardashian's brutal rants against Blac Chyna showed her side piece the light -- and now Ferrari is kicking her to the curb too, and saving himself more than 100 grand in the process. Sources connected to the rapper, tell us Ferrari was hooked on Chyna ... so much so he dropped $135,648 on three pieces of jewelry for her: - $34,850 for a Rolex -

$56,500 for a gold necklace - $32,250 for diamond earrings Ferrari scooped up the booty back in June when he thought he and Chyna were the real deal -- she's even listed as "spouse" on the receipt. We're told they'd talked for a while about getting his and hers Rollies -- but after Rob accused BC of banging several dudes, Ferrari was done. We're told his manager, Keely the Boss, planned to deliver the gifts on July 5,

but that's the day Rob unleashed his allegations. Ferrari immediately called off the delivery and returned everything on Friday. Our sources say Ferrari told Chyna what she was missing out on, and said it was directly due to Rob exposing her. Bottom line ... Ferrari says he doesn't want to be a sucker like Rob was, so he's out.

Rob Kardashian has crossed the line by posting pics of Blac Chyna's vagina on social media and the public back and forth between them is causing long-term damage to Dream ... this is what the Kardashians are telling friends. We're told the Kardashians are adamant ... ANY public feuding between Rob and Chyna is unacceptable. They are ashamed the war has become a public spectacle and hurting the family name.

Even worse than damaging the brand, family members worry Rob and Chyna are hurting 7-month-old Dream. In particular they cringed when Rob posted, "She had a baby out of spite" to get back at Tyga. They say this is the kind of stuff a child will see later and it can cause long-term damage. More immediately ... the Kardashians think it's damaging for Dream to live in homes where the parents are at war. The fam still maintains loyalty to Rob and want to help him, but their main concern is Dream and the impact the war is having on her well-being.

Lonely ass banana boat. Two Summers ago, Dwyane Wade and his wife Gabrielle Union were happily taking a banana boat ride out in the open seas, along with Chris Paul and LeBron James. Things are a little different for the Wade's this Summer though. Sure, they're still enjoying the NBA off-season by the water but the banana boat gang is nowhere to be found...

just one lonely ass banana boat. Gabrielle Union recently checked in with fans via snapchat, showing a sad-looking Dwyane Wade with the empty yellow flotation device drifting in the background. With LeBron presumably hitting the weights from sun up to sun down, Chris Paul getting familiar with his new squad, and Melo actively searching an escape from New York it'll probably be a lonely Summer for the Wades and that banana boat.

One of the Big Three will be immortalized in Miami. Chris Bosh is done, but not forgotten with the Heat. According to NBA.com, the Miami Heat have officially waived Bosh, but have also announced his No. 1 jersey will be retired. "Chris changed his life and basketball career when he came to Miami," team President Pat Riley said. "And he changed our lives for the better, in a way we never would have imagined when he joined the Miami Heat.

We will forever be indebted to CB for how he changed this team and led us to four trips to the NBA Finals and two NBA championships. He is, without a doubt, one of the greatest players in the history of the franchise." Bosh initially signed a five-year deal to remain a member of the Heat in 2014, shortly after LeBron James left Miami in order to return to Cleveland. James and former teammate Dwyane Wade paid tribute to Bosh on Twitter, recalling their time together with the Miami organization.

Four young black men were handcuffed by undercover police Thursday for selling water on the grounds of the National Mall in Washington, D.C. Tim Krepp, a tour guide at the mall, told HuffPost he had just finished his shift when he saw the young men being detained by plainclothes park policemen. Krepp, who has been a tour guide for nearly 11 years, said that he has seen young boys and girls selling water “all the time” but has never witnessed anyone be detained by police as a result. He said seeing the young men sitting handcuffed on the ground and being searched by the cops immediately struck him ― so he took pictures of the moment and shared them on Twitter.

Krepp’s tweet has since been retweeted more than 15,000 times, sparking widespread outrage over the officers’ actions. “There’s no way you can avoid the obvious imagery of young black men being handcuffed and clearly being treated as a threat with white cops around,” Krepp told HuffPost. “Images matter and symbols matter, especially at the National Mall when you’re here to see symbols and images to learn,” he added. “That’s why it’s here, this is a sacred space to talk about our national history and the cops should be aware of that.” The tweet has even led D.C. Councilman Charles Allen to issue a letter to the U.S. Park Police chief denouncing the officers’ actions and calling out the racial double standard around this case.

“I can’t help but think how the reaction by these same officers might have varied if different children had set up a quaint hand-painted lemonade stand on the same spot,” Allen wrote. “While still the same violation of selling a beverage without proper permits and licenses, I doubt we would have seen little girls in pigtails handcuffed on the ground.” U.S. 4 Black Teens Detained For Selling Water At National Mall Were Treated Like A 'Threat' Four young black men were handcuffed by undercover police Thursday for selling water on the grounds of the National Mall in Washington, D.C.

Leslie Jones ain't putting on the Ritz -- she's pissed about the service she got at L.A.'s Ritz-Carlton, and fired back at the hotel the same way Kanye West did George Dubya. Fresh off hosting the BET Awards in downtown L.A. -- right next to the Ritz -- Leslie implored her 693,000 followers to NOT stay there, claiming "THEY DONT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE!!"

Unclear what exactly happened to set her off, but the Ritz responded to Leslie's tweet with ... "@Lesdoggg We're sorry to hear this. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service to all. Please DM us & we'll look into this right away." We've reached out to her rep, but haven't heard back.

Meek Mill fired a warning shot but Safaree Samuels didn't care ... and that's why he got his ass kicked. We're told Meek's crew delivered the message days before the BET Awards weekend kicked off in L.A. The message was simple -- stay yo ass away or else. Our Safaree sources tell us he didn't flinch when he heard the threat and wasn't gonna be a punk and hide out. TMZ broke the story ...

Meek's crew jumped and attacked Safaree Friday. Nicki Minaj's 2 exes had shown up almost around the same time to DJ Khaled's pre-BET party at Penthouse in WeHo when it went down. We're told the beef at this point is way beyond Nicki ... it's gotten personal following the exchange of verbal jabs for more than a year. Meek has denied he was involved in the latest showdown. But a boiling point's clearly been reached -- cause Safaree's now challenged Meek to a fight. Stay tuned

Jay-Z, Beyonce and their 3 kids are living large huge in Malibu this summer, but the clock is ticking for them and come fall they will scramble again for a place to live. Real estate sources tell FREQUENCY 360 RADIO the $400,000-a-month Malibu estate they're renting is just for the summer. We're told they have no intention of living there past August because Blue Ivy is enrolled in an exclusive school in the heart of L.A. and the drive is way too far. Before moving to the Malibu mansion, Bey, Jay and Blue Ivy were living in a luxurious hotel as they hunted in vein for a place of their own.

Our real estate sources say the Carters have been frustrated because their search -- which has gone on for several years -- has hit a stumbling block, and the stumbling block is cash. We're told their budget is around $75 million, give or take a few mil. It sounds nuts, but they can't find a place they love for the amount they're willing to spend. As one well-connected source puts it, "They want a super baller, crazy estate, and the ones they love are going for $150 mil." Our sources say the Carters have seen just about everything that's on the market and nothing in their price range is floating their boat. Yes, it's just nuts.

Frequency 360 Radio/KHIP Sports spoke with Dana White who says the fight will be a 12 round boxing match. Both guys will use 10 ounce gloves. They will fight at 154 pounds. The fight will take place at the T-Mobile Arena. Ticket prices have not been set yet. There WILL be an undercard -- it will be boxing and Mayweather Promotions will handle the matchmaking. We asked Dana if there was a possibility Roy Jones Jr. will fight Anderson Silva -- he told us,

"I highly doubt it." Both Floyd and Conor will be tested by USADA for performance enhancing drugs. Dana says he expects Conor to make around $100 million for the fight but wouldn't break down the financials. Dana says he spoke with Conor Wednesday morning -- he's VERY excited. Conor also believes with all his heart he will knock Mayweather out. IT'S HAPPENING!!! Floyd Mayweather has signed his deal and will box Conor McGregor on August 26. Dana White was leading the negotiations for the UFC -- and had vowed to strike a deal with Floyd's camp.

Now, the two sides have reached an agreement, as first reported by Yahoo Sports. Conor and Floyd will square off in Vegas. Conor posted about the fight on Instagram -- saying, "The fight is on." He replaced Floyd's pic with a shot of Floyd Sr. Conor has said he expects to make more than $100 MILLION from the fight. Floyd has said he wanted double or triple that. No word on the exact details. The last time we spoke with Floyd, he laid out exactly why he thinks Conor has a real shot to beat him.

Customs agents and a drug sniffin' dog busted a woman attempting to smuggle 6 bricks of cocaine -- worth nearly $500k -- in the cushion of her wheelchair. Yoncela Stanley arrived at the JFK Airport Sunday from St. Lucia, and allegedly had the load of blow tucked under and behind her in the motorized chair.

The K9 wasn't fooled though, and alerted Customs and Border Protection Officers who noticed the back seat cushion looked "unusual." 6 bricks and 2 clear bags of coke -- tipping the scales at 27 lbs. and worth $468,000 -- would definitely be unusual. Stanley was booked for importation of a controlled substance. The K9 got a big bag of legal treats, we're guessing, for the bust.

"Bachelor in Paradise" star DeMario Jackson desperately wants the tape of his sexual encounter with Corinne Olympios to be released so he can clear his name. Sources close to DeMario tell FREQUENCY 360 RADIO ... he's hell-bent on getting a copy of the footage of himself and Corinne "rubbing, touching and fingering" in the pool.

We're told he already had a lawyer contact Warner Bros requesting the tape. DeMario believes the video will prove what he's said all along -- Corrine was lucid and he did nothing wrong. If he can't get a copy, we're told he wants WB to release it on its own. DeMario also wants them to release a statement clarifying HE isn't under investigation. Multiple people who've seen the footage tell us ...

the encounter appears completely consensual and DeMario is in no way the aggressor. In fact, we're told he and Corinne seemed kind and considerate to each other. Our sources say DeMario's looking to lawyer up because although Corinne hasn't blamed him yet, he's not taking any chances. When we saw him in WeHo Tuesday, he seemed to bear no grudge toward her.

Nick Gordon -- who was held legally responsible for the death of Whitney Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown -- made his first court appearance after being arrested Saturday for allegedly beating up his girlfriend. TMZ broke the story ... cops cuffed Nick and took him to jail, where he was booked for domestic violence and kidnapping.

According to the police report, Nick allegedly beat her so badly Friday she had to go to the hospital. During Sunday's hearing, the judge ordered Nick to wear a GPS monitor and stay clear of the alleged victim. His bond was set at $15k for the kidnapping charge and another $500 was tacked on for domestic violence. Sources close to his camp tell us Nick has not made bail yet, since he doesn't have that kind of cash lying around.

As part of his stay-away order from the judge, Nick was forbidden to return to what he's calling his own house ... where the alleged incident happened. Nick told the judge that's his place and that his GF doesn't live there ... but the judge said that'd be determined later. Either way ... it doesn't sound like Nick will be home anytime soon.

"Bachelor in Paradise" was shut down after a producer complained about 2 contestants getting extremely sexual in a swimming pool ... this according to sources connected to contestant DeMario Jackson, but there are different versions and Warner Bros. has launched a full investigation. Here's DeMario's version of events, as told by people with whom he spoke: Last Sunday -- the first day of production at a Mexican resort -- DeMario Jackson and Corinne Olympios were told by producers one of the story lines would be the 2 of them hooking up ... especially entertaining because both are considered villains from previous shows. We're told the 2 met at the bar and the alcohol was flowing. DeMario says Corinne jumped in his lap and started making out with him.

We're told there was lots of "intense rubbing." DeMario says Corinne then suggested they retreat to the pool, with the cameras rolling. They took off their clothes, started making out and "rubbing, touching and fingering." He says she put her genitals in his face and he began licking, but we're told this allegation is a big point of contention and others disagree with his account. He says he was not able to engage in intercourse because of the alcohol. DeMario says the next day everything was fine and he and Corrine were actually getting along well,

but on Tuesday they were called in by the Executive Producer and told one of the show producers had seen the film and was "uncomfortable" with what was shot. The producer has filed a formal complaint with Warner Bros. Warner brass immediately suspended production, launched an investigation and released DeMario and Corrine. Two days later Warner Bros. released the entire cast while they investigated alleged "misconduct." As we said, there are other versions of what happened that differ from DeMario's.

Nothing has worked on my end.” Cole said her aunt was successful in getting Lons some help and, at the time, Lons was showing improvement. Gucci Mane and his fiancee, Keyshia Ka'oir, are about to get what every soon-to-be married couple wants -- a whole lotta cash for their wedding. The rapper and his longtime girl landed a $650k contract with BET for a reality show leading up to their nuptials -- $400k for him and $250k for her ... according to sources close to the deal. We're told the network will also cover the cost of their wedding ... which will be around $1 million!

The TV series will document the lives of Gucci and Keyshia leading up to the nuptials October 17. It's slated for 8 episodes and will feature bachelor and bachelorette parties. Filming begins in a few weeks. Our sources say VH1 was the front-runner to nab the show, but BET swooped in with a much better offer. We're told the plan is for the wedding to go down in Miami ... with around 200 guests. You may recall ... Mane proposed to Ka'oir on the kiss cam at an Atlanta Hawks game, so it's clear they don't mind the public attention.

Alex Rodriguez is dealing with an ex from hell -- a woman who's hit him up for cash for years is now threatening to expose private messages if he doesn't cough up as much as $600k ... TMZ has learned. We're told A-Rod broke up with the woman back in 2014, and although It was never a serious relationship -- more of a fling -- she continued contacting him every now and then, asking for small amounts of money. We're told he always turned her away empty-handed. But things changed earlier this year when Alex got together with Jennifer Lopez. We're told the ex suddenly started hitting up A-Rod for larger amounts of money.

He did not give in, and finally within the last week ... he told the woman he was in a happy, committed relationship with J Lo ... and simply wanted to be left alone. That final denial set her off, and she insisted she would not be ignored. Think Glenn Close in "Fatal Attraction." We're told she demanded $600,000 or she would contact multiple media outlets to offer text messages Alex had sent her. One source with direct knowledge believes the woman's motives are clear: once A-Rod hooked up with J Lo ... the ex saw dollar signs, and felt he would pay any amount to keep her quiet.

The source believes she intended to release old texts with Alex from when they were dating, and make it seem like he was still contacting her while dating Jennifer. We're told A-Rod is standing firm ... he will NOT pay her a dime. Instead, his legal team is preparing to go to police and even federal authorities, if the woman continues threatening him. As for Jennifer ... we're told she's fully aware of what Alex is dealing with, and not only stands by him, but empathizes ... having gone through similar situations in her past.

Kimora Lee Simmons just joined a star-studded cast of homeowners ... but it cost her a pretty penny. Russell Simmons' ex-wife plunked down a king's ransom for the 7 bedroom, 11 bath home in Beverly Park, a wealthy gated community where tons of celebs live ... including Denzel Washington, Mark Wahlberg, Eddie Murphy and Sylvester Stallone. The swanky pad has a gourmet kitchen, conservatory, wine cellar and a home theater. The outdoor pool's not too shabby either. Kimora and her hubby -- ex Goldman Sachs banker Tim Leissner -- dropped $27.5 mil on the Mediterranean villa. Hey, famous neighbors don't come cheap.

SHERMAN OAKS, Calif. -- Derek Fisher was arrested Sunday on suspicion of drunken driving after the former NBA player and coach flipped his vehicle on a California freeway. Fisher and his passenger, girlfriend and former "Basketball Wives" reality star Gloria Govan, were not injured in the early morning crash, the California Highway Patrol said. The former Los Angeles Lakers player and ex-New York Knicks coach was driving on U.S. 101 in the Sherman Oaks area of Los Angeles when his 2015 Cadillac veered onto the right shoulder while approaching an interchange. The car hit the shoulder's concrete curb and guardrail,

overturned and came to a rest on its roof, blocking two lanes of the freeway, the highway patrol said. Officers discovered that the 42-year-old Fisher had been drinking and arrested him on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after a DUI test, authorities said. "We are beyond grateful that we are both OK and no one else was involved," Fisher and Govan said in a joint statement Sunday. The two-sentence statement also thanked supporters for their thoughts and prayers, but it did not address the drunken driving arrest. Fisher, a father of four, has been dating Govan, the ex-wife of Matt Barnes,

his former Lakers teammate. In October 2015, the two men got into an altercation at Govan's Los Angeles home. Barnes was suspended two games without pay by the NBA for his part in it. After his playing career ended, Fisher was hired in June 2014 to be the first coach for Knicks president of basketball operations Phil Jackson, under whom Fisher won five championships with the Lakers. Fisher's first season was the worst in franchise history with a 17-65 record, but the team played better early in Fisher's second season before Jackson fired him in February 2016 with the Knicks in a 1-9 tailspin. He has been working as an analyst for TNT as well as for Spectrum SportsNet's Lakers coverage this season.

CLEVELAND (AP) — The City of Cleveland has fired one police officer and suspended a second involved in the shooting of 12-year-old Tamir Rice.

Police Chief Calvin Williams announced the discipline Tuesday against officers Timothy Loehmann and Frank Garmback related to the shooting of the boy at a recreation center in November 2014 as he held a pellet gun. Williams said Loehmann, who shot Rice, has been fired.

Frank Garmback, who was driving the cruiser that skidded to a stop near the boy, has been suspended for 10 days. Loehmann was fired for inaccurate details on his job application, not for the Rice shooting. Garmback was suspended for violating a tactical rule involving his approach to the gazebo where the boy was shot.

On the eve of Oct. 17, 2016, 15-year-old Jaquin Thomas was found hanging in his cell at the Orleans Justice Center, an adult prison facility in New Orleans. The teen’s reported suicide came three months after entering the prison on suspicion of murder and a month after being beaten in his cell. The beating—along with claims of Thomas initially being held at the center for weeks without a court hearing, without proper medical care and without proper supervision, given the April arrest of a deputy for failing to monitor the unit where Thomas died—

prompted the late teen’s family to file a wrongful death suit last week. While troubling questions remain regarding the reported suicide, some question why any 15-year-old would be held in an adult facility in the first place. “The Prison Rape Elimination Act makes it very clear that there’s an increased danger to children being housed in adult prisons,” says Charlotte Morrison, a senior attorney with the nonprofit, advocacy-based Equal Justice Initiative (EJI). She notes the 2003 act cites increased rates of sexual assault and suicide among juveniles held in adult facilities.

“A child should never be housed in an adult prison and if there is some necessity to do so, there are very strict requirements,” stresses Morrison, explaining facilities not prepared for such requirements often hold “children in solitary confinement,” a “really tortuous form of confinement” that is “widely criticized and should, legally, be eliminated.” Each year, reports EJI, approximately 95,000 children are housed in America’s adult correctional facilities where they “are five times more likely to be sexually assaulted” than in juvenile facilities and “much more likely to commit suicide”

than children incarcerated in juvenile facilities. Along with these inherent dangers, they “get little to no access to age-appropriate services like school, mental health and in-person family visits.” Though numerous states have laws prohibiting the incarceration of children in adult facilities, a majority do not, despite all states possessing the juvenile facilities to do so. In 13 states, there is no minimum age for trying children as adults. And while international law prohibits sentencing children to death in prison, the United States is the only country that sentences children to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Seventy percent of those 14 or younger sentenced to life imprisonment without parole are nonwhite. “The United States continues to be the only democracy in the world that holds on to the harshest punishments available such as the death penalty and life in prison without parole,” says Sara Totonchi, executive director of the nonprofit Southern Center for Human Rights. The fact such punishment is extended to children, continues Totonchi, is “unconscionable. It is out of step with the rest of the world, it is out of step with human rights, and we need to do the right thing and stop these practices that put us more in line with nations that are known for human rights violations.” Morrison agrees, offering, “We are a society that is characterized by mass incarceration and we use incarceration to solve all of our social problems.”

She presents how “if you’re mentally ill and poor” or “suffer from a drug addiction and are poor,” you don’t get treatment, you go to prison. And if your child has a behavior problem, continues Morrison, “we don’t have social workers in our schools” but “police offers with handcuffs. So, we just turn to the criminal justice system to solve all of our problems.” Such punitive processes—focused largely on harsh, blanket punishment than a child’s individual issues or chance for rehabilitation—were a central component of the “super-predator” policies of the Clinton administration in the 1990s. Far removed from the premise of the juvenile justice system, which acknowledges children as developmentally different from adults and more amenable to rehabilitation, these draconian measures employed harsh “no-nonsense” sentencing and mandatory minimums to ensure first-time and nonviolent offenders were treated similar to their violent counterparts, and children, in many cases, were punished as adults. While the impact of these extreme policies of the 1990s continues, there have been glimmers of hope along the way. In May 2010,

the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Graham v. Florida that life-without-parole sentences could no longer be imposed on juveniles convicted of non-homicide offenses. Recognizing children are different from adults in important ways, the Court wrote, “Juveniles are more capable of change than adults, and their actions are less likely to be evidence of ‘irretrievably depraved character’ than are the actions of adults. It remains true that, from a moral standpoint, it would be misguided to equate the failings of a minor with those of an adult, for a greater possibility exists that a minor’s character deficiencies will be reformed.” Some feel there is more room for optimism. “Across the country, legislatures have been passing what are known as bills to ‘raise the age,’” reports Totonchi, of current legislation in numerous states to up the threshold for juvenile crime to 18.

She cites a bill in the Georgia General Assembly, HR53, which does just that. Totonchi sees such legislative measures as a “step in the right direction.” However, while there are hopeful signs, they are of no benefit to 15-year old Jaquin Thomas, whose fate was sealed in an adult facility well before his innocence or guilt could be determined. Still, his family gleans purpose from his tragic death and its potential impact. “It seems like he’s a sacrificial lamb,” noted Rosalind Smith-Brown at an October 25 session of the New Orleans City Council, one week after her nephew’s death. The session, attended by city leaders in criminal and juvenile justice, was largely devoted to improving communications between juvenile and adult court systems and minimizing processes that house children like Thomas in adult facilities. Though Smith-Brown knows such actions will not bring her nephew back, her message that day to City Council members and criminal justice leaders was clear: “Think about how we go forth.”

Apollo Nida's now taking aim at "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" in his quest to get his prenup with Phaedra Parks rendered null and void. Apollo filed docs saying the court should scrap the prenup he signed in October 2009 because several months after the ink dried ... Phaedra was cast on 'RHOA' and the money started rolling in for the couple.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Apollo says their financial situation drastically changed for the better, and that should be taken into consideration when it comes time to divvy up the dough in their contentious divorce. Translation: The numbers don't add up in Apollo's favor under the prenup, so he wants a do-over. As we've reported ... Phaedra insists their prenup is ironclad, and Apollo's just trying to weasel out of it. Phaedra had no comment on her ex's latest filing.

Washington (AFP) - Golf superstar Tiger Woods was arrested Monday in Florida on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, according to records from the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. The 14-time major champion was booked into the Palm Beach County jail on Monday at 7:18 am (1118 GMT) after he was arrested by police in Jupiter, Florida. He was released on his own recognizance at 10:50 am according to the documents, with a mugshot posted online showing a tired-looking and unshaven Woods. Woods was arrested during a traffic stop around 3 am,

Kristin Rightler, public information officer of the Jupiter Police Department said. Further details of the incident were not immediately available. Woods, 41, hasn't played competitive golf since pulling out of the Dubai Desert Classic in February after one round because of back pain. He had spinal fusion surgery on April 20 -- his fourth surgery in three years to treat his troublesome back which has limited him to three tournament starts worldwide in the past two years. Woods wrote on his website last week that since his latest procedure he was feeling better than he had in years and remained committed to returning to competitive golf. "My surgeon and physiotherapist say the operation was successful.

It's just a matter of not screwing up and letting it fuse,” Woods wrote. "I'm walking and doing my exercises, and taking my kids to and from school. All I can do is take it day by day. There's no hurry. "But, I want to say unequivocally, I want to play professional golf again." Woods made his comeback in December after missing all of the 2015-16 season. But his return quickly ran aground as he withdrew from the PGA Tour event in Los Angeles in February, the Honda Classic and the Arnold Palmer Invitational in March. He even cancelled a planned press conference at the Los Angeles tournament saying doctors had advised him to "limit all activities".

He pulled out of the Masters in early April, missing the first major of the year on the 20th anniversary of his epic 1997 victory at Augusta National that marked his first major title and signalled a new era in the game. Woods, once widely expected to surpass Jack Nicklaus's record of 18 major championships, hasn't won a grand slam title since the 2008 US Open at Torrey Pines. Injuries haven't been the only disruptions to his on-course career. In November of 2009 a car accident outside his Florida home led to revelations of a series of infidelities that wrecked his marriage. Amid lurid tabloid headlines Woods took a break from professional golf that lasted until the 2010 Masters.

Hawa Abdi told the paper. Police took all three dogs to be quarantined at the local animal shelter after the attack. Read: Heroic Stray Pit Bull Rushes to Woman's Rescue During Knife Attack “The breed of a pit bull, by itself, is not enough to condemn it; any dog can bite. No one has been arrested in connection with the baby’s death.

A five-year-old girl had some serious questions for her mother. In an adorable series of Instagram videos that her mother posted online, Taylor peppered her mom with questions about politics, beginning with, “Where did Barack Obama go?”

Her mother wrote in the caption, “This all started because she wanted to know, Where did Barack Obama go? And where is the president’s house. She is still mad.” “Why do we have another president?” Taylor kept asking. “So, why did he go? Where did he go?

So, why do we have the president we have now at the same spot [Obama] was and why did he leave it anyway?” Her mother gave Taylor a patient response. “Because a president can only serve two terms…” Taylor wasn’t easily convinced. “But, how come Hillary [Clinton] did not get to be the president and why is she the loser? And what are they even supposed to be winning?” the little girl asked. “They get to be the president of the United States,”

her mother said. After her mother explained to her that it was Donald Trump who lived in the White House, Taylor threw her hands in the air and cried, “But why does he have to live there?” “Where do you want him to live?” her mother asked. “I want him to live somewhere else,” Taylor said. “I don’t want him living in Texas!”

Huge day for J.R. Smith -- and it has nothing to do with the NBA Playoffs -- his preemie daughter has finally been discharged from the hospital after a miraculous 4 month battle. As we previously reported, J.R.'s wife Shirley gave birth to their daughter Dakota (aka Kota) back in January -- nearly 5 months before her due date.

Shirley says the baby was born at just 21 gestational weeks -- and many medical experts believed she barely had a chance at survival. But Kota defied the odds and with the incredible treatment she received at Cleveland Children's Hospital, she finally got her eviction from the NICU on Tuesday. J.R. and Shirley are clearly over the moon. Props to the doctors, nurses, staff and everyone involved! Welcome home, Kota!

While Barack was hitting the links in Tuscany, Michelle Obama was hitting the sights about 67 miles away ... and looking good in pink doing it. The former First Lady was strolling around in Montalcino, Italy this weekend -- and she appeared to be the talk of the small town. You can't

blame the locals ...

she kinda stood out with the pink and white. Plus ... it's Michelle Freakin' Obama. She'll always turn heads. Michelle snagged a second for herself during a food break, but then it was right back into the international spotlight. Togliti di mezzo!

Meek Mill's moved on from Nicki Minaj to another hot chick -- looks like he's got a type. The rapper showed off his new girlfriend -- Nessa Colombiana -- in a few vids of them partying Friday night in Dubai. Meek's there with Nessa for Arab Fashion Week.

We're told the 2 have been hanging out for about a month ... and Nessa accompanied Meek to his big birthday bash in the Caribbean a few weeks back. We're pretty sure she wasn't with him last week at the strip club, though.

Beyonce 2nd Baby Shower Tatted in Her Mind ... And On Her Belly Beyonce is just about ready to pop -- and it REALLY showed at her 2nd baby shower this weekend ... mostly 'cause of her belly tattoos. Bey hosted a "Carter Push Party" Saturday and invited her mom, Tina, and a few her famous gal pals --

including her Destiny's Child crew Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland ... plus Lala Anthony AND fellow expecting mom Serena Williams. But the highlight was obviously Queen Bey, who was walking around in some kind of tribal outfit with her very preggo belly fully exposed ... and covered in henna tattoos. Reminds us of when she first announced the twins. It seems like any day

How do you know when the breakup is real? When someone finally moves out. This time it's Adrian Peterson, whose Minnesota house is officially up for sale, Frequency 360 Radio has learned. The 5-bed, 4-bath home -- which Peterson bought for $665k in 2007 -- is located in Eden Prairie, just minutes from the Vikings headquarters and practice facility.

AP listed the house at $695k earlier this week (hey, $30k goes a long way) ... and being that it comes with a team themed room (purple walls, team logo), another Viking might wanna grab it. Of course Adrian is a Saint now ... and while it remains to be scene whether he'll cop a spot in the Crescent City, one thing's for sure ... ... the break up with Minnesota is real.

Chris Cornell's wife believes her husband's death was actually caused by an overdose of Ativan and that if he took his life he was not in his right mind. Vicky Cornell confirms the story we broke Thursday ... that she spoke with Chris twice hours before his death and he was not suicidal ... not even depressed. Vicky says when she spoke with Chris before his Detroit concert they discussed vacation plans over Memorial Day.

She says after the show when they spoke, she noticed he was slurring his words, and that's when Chris told her he "may have taken an extra Ativan or two." The family lawyer is not ready to concede Chris' death was suicide, and says the toxicology tests may provide the key. The lawyer notes Chris was a recovering addict and, "The family believes if Chris took his life, he did not know what he was doing, and that drugs or other substances may have affected his actions." He adds Ativan can cause paranoid or suicidal thoughts.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — A Las Vegas police officer used a stun gun seven times and a mixed martial arts chokehold to subdue an unarmed man who died after a foot chase through a casino over the weekend, authorities said Wednesday. Officer Kenneth Lopera thought the man had tried to carjack a pickup truck with two people inside before the officer fired the stun gun in a series of staccato bursts and used the chokehold — a tactic that is not approved by the department — early Sunday at The Venetian resort, Clark County Undersheriff Kevin McMahill said. McMahill showed video from Lopera's body camera during a news conference on the incident. Police posted video of the news conference including edited body camera and Venetian security footage to the Internet. "Don't move! Get on your stomach!"

Lopera can be heard telling the man who the Clark County coroner identified as Tashii S. Brown. Police have used the name Tashii Farmer. His mother said he sometimes hyphenates his last name, Farmer-Brown. "I will!" he can be heard saying. The video then shows Brown on his back with his arms raised before another jolt from the stun gun makes his body stiffen. Brown cries out, "Please! Please!" Lopera, who is white, and Brown, who is black, then wrestle as the officer attempts to handcuff him. Lopera punches Brown's head and neck from behind as Venetian security guards join the effort as other police officers arrive.

Sheriff Joe Lombardo told The Associated Press there was no indication that race played a role in the incident. Brown's cause of death has not been determined and an investigation is ongoing. McMahill said Lopera was heard saying he used a "rear naked choke," a prominent mixed martial arts chokehold that differs from a department-approved technique that some departments call a "lateral vascular neck restraint" and others refer to as a carotid artery hold. Department officials said previously that the officer had used the approved technique, which is banned in many other cities. McMahill said Lopera held Brown's neck for more than a minute — far longer than the seven to 10 seconds it might take for an approved carotid restraint to render a person unconscious.

The police official said also that the driver of the pickup didn't think Brown was trying to carjack his vehicle, and that Brown was not believed to have committed any crime. Lopera, 31, has been a Las Vegas police officer for five years, McMahill said. He is on paid leave pending departmental and district attorney reviews of the incident. Lopera is being represented by the Las Vegas Police Protective Union. Steve Grammas, union executive director, declined to comment, saying he had not seen all the video from the incident. Lopera has not provided a statement about the incident to department investigators. McMahill said Brown was sweating and appeared disoriented when he initially approached Lopera and a partner in a casino coffee shop, said people were chasing him, and ran into an employee-only area, down hallways and outside to the parking area. Brown also used the name Tashi Sebastian Farmer.

He grew up in Hawaii, where records show he was convicted of assaulting his girlfriend and was released from prison in January 2016. He pleaded guilty in February in Las Vegas to misdemeanor driving under the influence. Brown was a father of two children in Hawaii and lived with his mother in Las Vegas where he had a business selling shoes, hats and clothing, according to Tynisa Braun, a cousin in Honolulu. Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson said there will be a public use-of-force review to air the findings of investigations into Brown's death. The sheriff said the reviews could take several months and asked for patience from the public. "We'll be fully transparent and we will look at this event with a very critical eye," Lombardo said. Brown's mother, Trinita Farmer, said she doesn't want to see the video of the struggle that left her son dead. "I don't want to look," she said. "I just want to bury my son."

Lil Wayne is demanding Martin Shkreli hand over his copy of "Tha Carter V" and says if the infamous disgraced pharma exec leaks anymore of it online ... he's taking his ass to court. We're told Weezy's lawyers and Universal Music both fired off cease and desist letters after Shkreli leaked more tunes earlier this month from the stupidly long-awaited album. He first played the record on the Internet around Christmas,

but Wayne didn't sue because Shkreli gave his word he wouldn't do it again. That word lasted 5 months. As we reported, Shkreli leaked 2 more during a livestream. One of the tracks features Kendrick Lamar. Sources close to Wayne tell us they think Shkreli's just doing it for attention, but now he's on notice ... the next time WILL earn him a big fat lawsuit.

Travis Scott's mug shot from his arrest this weekend shows a dude who's bummed his party came to a screeching halt ... and rightfully so. TMZ has obtained Travis' booking photo from his arrest Saturday night in Rogers, Arkansas ... and he definitely looks down in the dumps after being taken to jail for causing chaos at his show. As we reported ... Travis was arrested right after his show and booked for inciting a riot,

endangering the welfare of a minor and disorderly conduct after he allegedly encouraged people to rush the stage ... which cops say put people in danger. There were several people who were injured because of the mayhem. Travis was cuffed as soon as he left the stage. Interesting side note ... Travis stands at a solid 6 feet. On the dot.

Chris 'Big Black' Boykin's clothing line was in the midst of a comeback ... but his untimely death brought those plans to a screeching halt. Chris' personal manager, Mark Shin, tells frequency360radio.com ... Big Black clothing was strongly considering a relaunch fueled by continuing popularity and demand. The brand had stopped licensing and sales over the last year while strategizing their next business deal.

We're told that effort was put on pause following Chris' death Tuesday. Mark says he was the heart and soul of the brand and there were questions whether it could continue without him. However, Mark tells us the brand's now considering a small launch with the sole purpose of having proceeds benefit Chris' daughter, Isis. As we reported ... Chris was smart about investing his money to help set up Isis financially.

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon can't quit each other ... especially not on a family holiday like Mother's Day. Mimi and Nick hit Nobu Sunday night for dinner with their twins, Moroccan and Monroe. Makes sense the kids would be with Mariah on Sunday ... the fact Nick joined them just adds to the buzz they're getting back together. Nick's told us it's just a family thing, but after the trip to Disneyland a few weeks ago, and a string of dinners together -- and not always with the kiddos -- it makes you wonder. #WeBelongTogether?

Rapper Travis Scott was reportedly arrested from his concert at the Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion in Rogers, Arkansas, on Saturday night (13 May). According to FREQUENCY 360 RADIO, law enforcement officials hauled the La Flame hitmaker immediately after he exited the stage and transported him to the Benton County Sheriff's Office, where he was booked for inciting a riot, endangering welfare of a minor and disorderly conduct. Scott was released without bail the same night. However,

he will have to return to Arkansas for a court date. Rogers Police Department told the news website that Scott, whose real name is Jacques Webster, was arrested as several people were injured including a security guard and a police officer after the 25-year-old rapper "encouraged" fans to rush to the stage and bypass normal security protocols. The injured were treated by members of the Rogers Fire Department and Mercy Medical, according to reports. A source close to Scott has said that the singer's intention was not to create chaos and cause harm to anyone at the venue but was just to fill up the available space at the front in the general admission.

This isn't the first time that Scott has been arrested for causing trouble at his concerts. He was arrested after he allegedly called on fans to jump the barricades at Lollapalooza in 2015. Scott was issued a misdemeanour charge for reckless conduct and was released from custody after posting bail, Chicago Police Department spokesperson had said.

We are laughing at the fact that this time next year we will be celebrating her 1st actual Mother’s Day. #Harts #Blessed.” The three photo series shared with his 51.9 million Instagram followers included a photo of her baby bump with an “It’s a boy!” treatment over it. They also shared an ultrasound photo with “Miracle in the making” on it. The model subsequently shared the ultrasound photo of her bare belly with her Instagram following, writing,

“First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes the harts with the baby carriage! … all on God’s Timing. I am so ready for our next chapter … Overjoyed! it’s been an amazing experience thus far and I can’t wait for what’s to come … thank u guys for all of your well wishes. Happy Mother-to-be Day to me! P.S. It’s a boy, straight chillin’ already.” The Harts were married in August in Santa Barbara, Calif., with his two children, Heaven, 12, and Hendrix, 9, playing a big part in the festivities. By October, he was already talking family planning publicly, telling Extra, “Me and my wife are talking about it, man.

I definitely want one. You know, timing is everything. My schedule’s crazy. We’re trying to see the right time for me to go get to work, start putting those lumps in the bed!” Kevin’s movie schedule has been busy, with Untouchable almost completed (he filmed a lot of that in his hometown of Philadelphia) and Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle coming out later this year.

Beverly Hills, CA – Kendrick Lamar seemingly played it cool when he was pulled over by a Beverly Hills police officer. FREQUENCY 360 RADIO caught footage of the Compton star in his Mercedes G-Wagon as an officer approached him. Kung Fu Kenny saw the cameras and rolled up the window, but besides his looks giving away the rapper’s identity, the officer radioing that the man’s name was Kendrick Duckworth confirmed it. After being asked by the site why the DAMN. rapper was pulled over, the cop shared it was because Kendrick didn’t have license plates on his black SUV. After a brief exchange with the policeman,

the TDE star drove away without a ticket. “He had no plates, but he’s fine,” the officer said. Despite catching flak for his “Alright” lyrics where he says, “We hate po-po,” and his performance at the BET Awards where he jumped on a police car, Kendrick recently sat courtside with LAPD commissioner Steve Soboroff at a playoff basketball game. After the event, Soboroff explained how he has mutual respect for the Grammy Award-winning artist. “[Kendrick] expresses through his art form his feelings, and I respect that, in Los Angeles, and I think he respects — or I hope he would respect — how seriously we take community

policing and understanding people’s views,” he shared. “We can’t police our way out of these issues. These are issues that have to be brought together by like what Maya Angelou says ‘thinking about what we have in common’ … I think that Kendrick and Jay Z and Rihanna and the lucky people I’ve sat next to at these games, everybody that I’ve sat next to certainly appreciates that and every officer that I know does too.”

Johnny Manziel's NFL comeback is taking a backseat ... to boobies. The QB and his smokin' hot fiancee, Bre Tiesi, are on a pre-wedding vacation in Tulum, Mexico with 2 of Bre's insanely attractive lady pals. For some incredible reason, the women all decided to lose their tops for a quick dip in the ocean while Johnny was hanging out and taking in the sights.

Just a few weeks ago, Manziel told us he didn't need a bachelor party before the wedding ... and now, we kinda get why. Oh, one more thing ... one of the women in the group is Jordan Ozuna (she's the middle girl in the group shot) -- who's currently connected to Tyga and previously dated Justin Bieber. Congrats ... to everyone.

Chris 'Big Black' Boykin's heart was basically a ticking time bomb, and he died of a heart condition that's long plagued his mother's side of the family ... Frequency 360 Radio has learned. We spoke with two of Big Black's family members ... his Uncle Jerry, who appeared on a few episodes of "Rob & Big," and his niece, Brittany Williams. They say congestive heart failure caused his death, and it's a condition he first found out about in 2000.

Jerry and Brittany say the disease also killed Black's mother, uncle, and both of his grandparents back in Mississippi. They told us Black paid 'em a visit down south in 2007, and even then he knew his condition was worsening. Chris was planning to bring his daughter, Isis, to Mississippi this summer ... according to Jerry. It would've been the first time much of his family got to meet the 9-year-old. Uncle Jerry says it's more important than ever to make that happen now.
