A five-year-old girl had some serious questions for her mother. In an adorable series of Instagram videos that her mother posted online, Taylor peppered her mom with questions about politics, beginning with, “Where did Barack Obama go?”

Her mother wrote in the caption, “This all started because she wanted to know, Where did Barack Obama go? And where is the president’s house. She is still mad.” “Why do we have another president?” Taylor kept asking. “So, why did he go? Where did he go?

So, why do we have the president we have now at the same spot [Obama] was and why did he leave it anyway?” Her mother gave Taylor a patient response. “Because a president can only serve two terms…” Taylor wasn’t easily convinced. “But, how come Hillary [Clinton] did not get to be the president and why is she the loser? And what are they even supposed to be winning?” the little girl asked. “They get to be the president of the United States,”

her mother said. After her mother explained to her that it was Donald Trump who lived in the White House, Taylor threw her hands in the air and cried, “But why does he have to live there?” “Where do you want him to live?” her mother asked. “I want him to live somewhere else,” Taylor said. “I don’t want him living in Texas!”

Days after Nicki Minaj sparked dating gossip after sitting next to Drake at the Billboard Music Awards, she appeared on Ellen to chat about another one of her rumored beaus, Nas. "He's so dope...he's such a king," Minaj said. "Shout out to Queens, New York, we're both from Queens. He's the king of Queens, and I'd like to think I'm the queen of Queens. He's a rap legend, and I have a lot of respect for that. And he's kinda cute too." Have you had sleepovers yet?" DeGeneres asked. "We have! Yup. I go to (his house)...

I just thought him coming to me was too forward. Let me clarify, we didn't do the..." "The nasty?" Ellen said. "No, because I'm just chilling right now, I'm celibate. I wanted to go a year without dating any men, I hate men. But I might make an exception to the rule for him," Minaj said, revealing Nas told her to say hello to Ellen for him. "(But) he definitely doesn't know I'm really going to talk to you about it." I'm an equal opportunity boob show-er...

I love them both," Minaj said, declining to name a favorite between left or right. "Good for you. Does Nas like both of them as well?" Ellen replied, causing Minaj to burst out laughing. Minaj, who first teased her romance with Nas on Instagram earlier this month, confirmed her split with rapper Meek Mill in January. Following her breakup,

Minaj publicly reunited with her Young Money labelmate and supposed former fling Drake, who had a much-publicized feud with Meek. Drake acknowledged his reunion with Minaj onstage at the BBMAs. “I want to say, Nicki Minaj, I’m so glad we found our way back because I love you and I could never ever ever see it any other way,” he said.

Huge day for J.R. Smith -- and it has nothing to do with the NBA Playoffs -- his preemie daughter has finally been discharged from the hospital after a miraculous 4 month battle. As we previously reported, J.R.'s wife Shirley gave birth to their daughter Dakota (aka Kota) back in January -- nearly 5 months before her due date.

Shirley says the baby was born at just 21 gestational weeks -- and many medical experts believed she barely had a chance at survival. But Kota defied the odds and with the incredible treatment she received at Cleveland Children's Hospital, she finally got her eviction from the NICU on Tuesday. J.R. and Shirley are clearly over the moon. Props to the doctors, nurses, staff and everyone involved! Welcome home, Kota!

blame the locals ...

she kinda stood out with the pink and white. Plus ... it's Michelle Freakin' Obama. She'll always turn heads. Michelle snagged a second for herself during a food break, but then it was right back into the international spotlight. Togliti di mezzo!

Meek Mill's moved on from Nicki Minaj to another hot chick -- looks like he's got a type. The rapper showed off his new girlfriend -- Nessa Colombiana -- in a few vids of them partying Friday night in Dubai. Meek's there with Nessa for Arab Fashion Week.

We're told the 2 have been hanging out for about a month ... and Nessa accompanied Meek to his big birthday bash in the Caribbean a few weeks back. We're pretty sure she wasn't with him last week at the strip club, though.

Beyonce 2nd Baby Shower Tatted in Her Mind ... And On Her Belly Beyonce is just about ready to pop -- and it REALLY showed at her 2nd baby shower this weekend ... mostly 'cause of her belly tattoos. Bey hosted a "Carter Push Party" Saturday and invited her mom, Tina, and a few her famous gal pals --

including her Destiny's Child crew Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland ... plus Lala Anthony AND fellow expecting mom Serena Williams. But the highlight was obviously Queen Bey, who was walking around in some kind of tribal outfit with her very preggo belly fully exposed ... and covered in henna tattoos. Reminds us of when she first announced the twins. It seems like any day

How do you know when the breakup is real? When someone finally moves out. This time it's Adrian Peterson, whose Minnesota house is officially up for sale, Frequency 360 Radio has learned. The 5-bed, 4-bath home -- which Peterson bought for $665k in 2007 -- is located in Eden Prairie, just minutes from the Vikings headquarters and practice facility.

AP listed the house at $695k earlier this week (hey, $30k goes a long way) ... and being that it comes with a team themed room (purple walls, team logo), another Viking might wanna grab it. Of course Adrian is a Saint now ... and while it remains to be scene whether he'll cop a spot in the Crescent City, one thing's for sure ... ... the break up with Minnesota is real.

Chris Cornell's wife believes her husband's death was actually caused by an overdose of Ativan and that if he took his life he was not in his right mind. Vicky Cornell confirms the story we broke Thursday ... that she spoke with Chris twice hours before his death and he was not suicidal ... not even depressed. Vicky says when she spoke with Chris before his Detroit concert they discussed vacation plans over Memorial Day.

She says after the show when they spoke, she noticed he was slurring his words, and that's when Chris told her he "may have taken an extra Ativan or two." The family lawyer is not ready to concede Chris' death was suicide, and says the toxicology tests may provide the key. The lawyer notes Chris was a recovering addict and, "The family believes if Chris took his life, he did not know what he was doing, and that drugs or other substances may have affected his actions." He adds Ativan can cause paranoid or suicidal thoughts.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — A Las Vegas police officer used a stun gun seven times and a mixed martial arts chokehold to subdue an unarmed man who died after a foot chase through a casino over the weekend, authorities said Wednesday. Officer Kenneth Lopera thought the man had tried to carjack a pickup truck with two people inside before the officer fired the stun gun in a series of staccato bursts and used the chokehold — a tactic that is not approved by the department — early Sunday at The Venetian resort, Clark County Undersheriff Kevin McMahill said. McMahill showed video from Lopera's body camera during a news conference on the incident. Police posted video of the news conference including edited body camera and Venetian security footage to the Internet. "Don't move! Get on your stomach!"

Lopera can be heard telling the man who the Clark County coroner identified as Tashii S. Brown. Police have used the name Tashii Farmer. His mother said he sometimes hyphenates his last name, Farmer-Brown. "I will!" he can be heard saying. The video then shows Brown on his back with his arms raised before another jolt from the stun gun makes his body stiffen. Brown cries out, "Please! Please!" Lopera, who is white, and Brown, who is black, then wrestle as the officer attempts to handcuff him. Lopera punches Brown's head and neck from behind as Venetian security guards join the effort as other police officers arrive.

Sheriff Joe Lombardo told The Associated Press there was no indication that race played a role in the incident. Brown's cause of death has not been determined and an investigation is ongoing. McMahill said Lopera was heard saying he used a "rear naked choke," a prominent mixed martial arts chokehold that differs from a department-approved technique that some departments call a "lateral vascular neck restraint" and others refer to as a carotid artery hold. Department officials said previously that the officer had used the approved technique, which is banned in many other cities. McMahill said Lopera held Brown's neck for more than a minute — far longer than the seven to 10 seconds it might take for an approved carotid restraint to render a person unconscious.

The police official said also that the driver of the pickup didn't think Brown was trying to carjack his vehicle, and that Brown was not believed to have committed any crime. Lopera, 31, has been a Las Vegas police officer for five years, McMahill said. He is on paid leave pending departmental and district attorney reviews of the incident. Lopera is being represented by the Las Vegas Police Protective Union. Steve Grammas, union executive director, declined to comment, saying he had not seen all the video from the incident. Lopera has not provided a statement about the incident to department investigators. McMahill said Brown was sweating and appeared disoriented when he initially approached Lopera and a partner in a casino coffee shop, said people were chasing him, and ran into an employee-only area, down hallways and outside to the parking area. Brown also used the name Tashi Sebastian Farmer.

He grew up in Hawaii, where records show he was convicted of assaulting his girlfriend and was released from prison in January 2016. He pleaded guilty in February in Las Vegas to misdemeanor driving under the influence. Brown was a father of two children in Hawaii and lived with his mother in Las Vegas where he had a business selling shoes, hats and clothing, according to Tynisa Braun, a cousin in Honolulu. Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson said there will be a public use-of-force review to air the findings of investigations into Brown's death. The sheriff said the reviews could take several months and asked for patience from the public. "We'll be fully transparent and we will look at this event with a very critical eye," Lombardo said. Brown's mother, Trinita Farmer, said she doesn't want to see the video of the struggle that left her son dead. "I don't want to look," she said. "I just want to bury my son."

One of the tracks features Kendrick Lamar. Sources close to Wayne tell us they think Shkreli's just doing it for attention, but now he's on notice ... the next time WILL earn him a big fat lawsuit.

Travis Scott's mug shot from his arrest this weekend shows a dude who's bummed his party came to a screeching halt ... and rightfully so. TMZ has obtained Travis' booking photo from his arrest Saturday night in Rogers, Arkansas ... and he definitely looks down in the dumps after being taken to jail for causing chaos at his show. As we reported ... Travis was arrested right after his show and booked for inciting a riot,

endangering the welfare of a minor and disorderly conduct after he allegedly encouraged people to rush the stage ... which cops say put people in danger. Chris 'Big Black' Boykin's clothing line was in the midst of a comeback ... but his untimely death brought those plans to a screeching halt. Chris' personal manager, Mark Shin, tells frequency360radio.com ... Big Black clothing was strongly considering a relaunch fueled by continuing popularity and demand. The brand had stopped licensing and sales over the last year while strategizing their next business deal.

We're told that effort was put on pause following Chris' death Tuesday. Mark says he was the heart and soul of the brand and there were questions whether it could continue without him. However, Mark tells us the brand's now considering a small launch with the sole purpose of having proceeds benefit Chris' daughter, Isis. As we reported ... Chris was smart about investing his money to help set up Isis financially.

Rapper Travis Scott was reportedly arrested from his concert at the Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion in Rogers, Arkansas, on Saturday night (13 May). According to FREQUENCY 360 RADIO, law enforcement officials hauled the La Flame hitmaker immediately after he exited the stage and transported him to the Benton County Sheriff's Office, where he was booked for inciting a riot, endangering welfare of a minor and disorderly conduct. Scott was released without bail the same night. However,

he will have to return to Arkansas for a court date. Rogers Police Department told the news website that Scott, whose real name is Jacques Webster, was arrested as several people were injured including a security guard and a police officer after the 25-year-old rapper "encouraged" fans to rush to the stage and bypass normal security protocols. The injured were treated by members of the Rogers Fire Department and Mercy Medical, according to reports. A source close to Scott has said that the singer's intention was not to create chaos and cause harm to anyone at the venue but was just to fill up the available space at the front in the general admission.

This isn't the first time that Scott has been arrested for causing trouble at his concerts. He was arrested after he allegedly called on fans to jump the barricades at Lollapalooza in 2015. Scott was issued a misdemeanour charge for reckless conduct and was released from custody after posting bail, Chicago Police Department spokesperson had said.

“First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes the harts with the baby carriage! … all on God’s Timing. Beverly Hills, CA – Kendrick Lamar seemingly played it cool when he was pulled over by a Beverly Hills police officer. FREQUENCY 360 RADIO caught footage of the Compton star in his Mercedes G-Wagon as an officer approached him. Kung Fu Kenny saw the cameras and rolled up the window, but besides his looks giving away the rapper’s identity, the officer radioing that the man’s name was Kendrick Duckworth confirmed it. After being asked by the site why the DAMN. rapper was pulled over, the cop shared it was because Kendrick didn’t have license plates on his black SUV. After a brief exchange with the policeman,

the TDE star drove away without a ticket. “He had no plates, but he’s fine,” the officer said. Despite catching flak for his “Alright” lyrics where he says, “We hate po-po,” and his performance at the BET Awards where he jumped on a police car, Kendrick recently sat courtside with LAPD commissioner Steve Soboroff at a playoff basketball game. After the event, Soboroff explained how he has mutual respect for the Grammy Award-winning artist. “[Kendrick] expresses through his art form his feelings, and I respect that, in Los Angeles, and I think he respects — or I hope he would respect — how seriously we take community

policing and understanding people’s views,” he shared. “We can’t police our way out of these issues. These are issues that have to be brought together by like what Maya Angelou says ‘thinking about what we have in common’ … I think that Kendrick and Jay Z and Rihanna and the lucky people I’ve sat next to at these games, everybody that I’ve sat next to certainly appreciates that and every officer that I know does too.”

Johnny Manziel's NFL comeback is taking a backseat ... to boobies. The QB and his smokin' hot fiancee, Bre Tiesi, are on a pre-wedding vacation in Tulum, Mexico with 2 of Bre's insanely attractive lady pals. For some incredible reason, the women all decided to lose their tops for a quick dip in the ocean while Johnny was hanging out and taking in the sights.

Just a few weeks ago, Manziel told us he didn't need a bachelor party before the wedding ... and now, we kinda get why. Oh, one more thing ... one of the women in the group is Jordan Ozuna (she's the middle girl in the group shot) -- who's currently connected to Tyga and previously dated Justin Bieber. Congrats ... to everyone.

Chris 'Big Black' Boykin's heart was basically a ticking time bomb, and he died of a heart condition that's long plagued his mother's side of the family ... Frequency 360 Radio has learned. We spoke with two of Big Black's family members ... his Uncle Jerry, who appeared on a few episodes of "Rob & Big," and his niece, Brittany Williams. They say congestive heart failure caused his death, and it's a condition he first found out about in 2000.

Jerry and Brittany say the disease also killed Black's mother, uncle, and both of his grandparents back in Mississippi. They told us Black paid 'em a visit down south in 2007, and even then he knew his condition was worsening. Chris was planning to bring his daughter, Isis, to Mississippi this summer ... according to Jerry. It would've been the first time much of his family got to meet the 9-year-old. Uncle Jerry says it's more important than ever to make that happen now.

Christopher 'Big Black' Boykin, who was the other half of Rob Dyrdek's hit MTV show "Rob & Big" -- has died ... TMZ has learned. His rep tells us Chris died Tuesday morning. No official cause of death yet, but multiple people connected to Chris tell us they believe it was a heart attack. He was Rob's best friend and bodyguard on their reality show, which ran from 2006 to 2008 -- and also later appeared on 'Fantasy Factory.'

The pals got into a bunch of random adventures -- like breaking Guinness World Records, exorcising their house, installing an ATM ... and, of course, catching people with their net gun. Chris and Rob's relationship became strained while shooting their show. Rob talked about their falling out a couple of years ago. They eventually patched things up. Not only did they work together on 'Fantasy Factory' ... but Chris recently posted a throwback pic of them from the show's heyday. Before he was a TV star, Boykin served in the U.S. Navy. Confirmed 2 more people have received funds from Nicki, with one payment being for $800. Everyone else waiting for theirs ... sit tight. Nicki Minaj didn't just talk the talk (or tweet the tweet) -- TMZ has learned the rapper ALREADY started transferring thousands of dollars to college students who asked for her financial help on Twitter. The story is great ... a fan sent Nicki a meme Saturday night on Twitter jokingly asking if she would fork over a check to cover some college fees. Nicki replied,

"Show me straight A's that I can verify w/ur school and I'll pay it. Who wants to join THAT contest?!?! Dead serious. Shld I set it up?" As you can imagine, Nicki's timeline BLEW UP with requests from students -- and Nicki responded to more than a dozen offering to hook 'em up. Some people asked for help with student loans costing thousands of dollars ... others asked for less in tuition fees, books and other school supplies.

Nicki was pretty thorough in her questioning why these folks really needed the money. We checked in with some of the lucky beneficiaries who told us Nicki has already started to send the money. She asked for bank info through the DMs, and one person we spoke with said he already got $500 from Minaj. By the way, Nicki says she might open up the vault again in a month or 2 ... so, get those report cards ready!

Karrueche Tran will do what Rihanna would not -- testify that Chris Brown brutalized her ... and she's not scared at all. We're told Karrueche has no fear about testifying that Chris allegedly kicked her down a flight of stairs, punched her in the stomach, threatened to shoot her and made other death threats ... this according to multiple sources connected to Chris' ex. The actress has been dogging Chris for more than 2 months trying to serve him, but he successfully dodged the process server ...

until Thursday night when he was hit with legal docs after his BD party. Our sources say one of Karrueche's motivations is to inspire other women similarly situated to come forward and confront people who brutalize them. We're told this has been a long process for Karrueche ... the alleged abuse started a long time ago but she built up her confidence to finally put an end to it, especially after the alleged recent death threats. You'll recall, Rihanna almost immediately had a change of heart after Chris brutally beat her and did not want to cooperate with authorities. Chris copped a plea and she was never called to testify. We reached out to Karrueche and her camp and they refused comment.

Cynthia Bailey is like an old-fashioned Housewife from back in the day when Housewives was about the interpersonal family dramas, not feuding with cast members over strange social protocol or complete lies. Still Cynthia is sharing a show with these ladies and their “disgusting and disappointing” behavior.

Part 3 of the Real Housewives Of Atlanta reunion (aka when the reunion got REALLY shocking!) began with Cynthia and Peter Thomas discussing their failed marriage. “I think he will always feel like I gave up on our marriage, and I will always feel like I gave the marriage all I could give. Regardless, I am very grateful that through it all, we still love and respect each other.

She says she was targeted with inappropriate comments and unwanted advances for 4 months in 2015 while she worked as a sales associate.

She claims the manager's advances reached a boiling point on October 1, when he spanked her after a staff meeting in front of everyone. She also says he physically assaulted her by shoving her head. Mora says when she complained things only got worse. Mora says HR was useless and she started suffering panic attacks on the way to work. She says she reached the breaking point and had to resign. We reached out to the company that owns the store ... so far, no word back.

Rick Ross extended an olive branch to Drake to squash the beef, but there is NO cease-fire with Meek Mill ... even after all these months ... Frequency 360 Radio has learned. Sources close to the rappers tell us Da Boss thought Meek and Drizzy's war would cool down after Rick and Drake settled their differences. As we reported, Rick felt there was too much cash to be made to continue the feud. Our Meek sources say he's not willing to follow Rick --

his label honcho -- down the road to peace because there's way too much trash talk under the bridge. Translation: "Back to Back" is haunting his ass. Remember, when Drake played Philly -- Meek's home turf -- Meek and his crew showed up outside the arena. Not to mention fresh disses on Meek's last track, "King" ... and Nicki Minaj's "No Frauds." Bottom line: Beef's still on the grill, despite Rick's efforts.

Martin Shkreli is not keeping good on his promise with Lil Wayne ... he's leaked 2 more tracks off Weezy's painfully delayed "Tha Carter V" album. The first track's allegedly called "Mona Lisa" and it features Kendrick Lamar. The audio is choppy since Shkreli kept clicking through the track while he was live streaming,

but he claims it's the best song on the album. He also played a small snippet of "The Life of Carter." Shkreli previously leaked a 'Carter V' track around Christmas, which seriously pissed off Weezy and his camp. There was talk of a lawsuit, but Shkreli promised he wouldn't release any more songs. Shocker, he can't be trusted. Side note: PLEASE release the album! Fans deserve better than DJ Shkreli leaking it on his crappy computer speakers.

Rick Ross says he squashed the beef between Drake and his own artist, Meek Mill, for one simple reason ... there's a ton of bread to be made. Rick did an interview on "Best Seat In The House" with Hovain Hylton, and described his sit-down with Drizzy

over his epic feud with Meek. Sounds like it was a friendly face-to-face, and Rick shouts out J. Prince for making it happen. Bottom line on the peace summit was ... Rick's bottom line! How intense is The Boss about getting his money? Ask the strawberry in this clip.

Chief Keef failed to set an alarm or reminder on his phone -- that's gotta be what happened -- and as a result there's a warrant out in Miami for his arrest ... TMZ has learned. The rapper failed to show up Tuesday to his arraignment on DUI and weed possession charges. The judge immediately issued the warrant.

TMZ broke the story ... Miami Beach Police pulled over Chief and another vehicle for what appeared to be a weed transfer. Cops say the rapper had bloodshot eyes and dry mouth during the bust.

17-year-old Martaevious Santiago has been charged with aggravated manslaughter after he fatally shot his younger sister in the back of the head — moments after she gave him a birthday hug. According to poilice, 13-year-old Tedra King hugged her brother in the kitchen of their home on Tuesday and then walked away. As she was leaving the room, Martaevious pointed a loaded semi-automatic handgun at her and pulled the trigger. The bullet hit her in the back of the head and she died. Martaevious called 911. via NYDN:

The family believes it was an accident and think Santiago made a terrible mistake. “I know from the bottom of my heart that he loved his sister and that he would never do anything to his sister intentionally,” King’s father Tedrick told CBS Miami. “As far as him being charged with her death, I don’t agree with it because he’s been punished enough by the fact that he knows what he did.” Tedrick said he was praying for Santiago and knows the shooting will bother him for the rest of his life. “Every time his birthday comes around, he’ll never enjoy his birthday again,” he said.

Police said Santiago got the gun from a 14-year-old friend, who was arrested for an outstanding warrant. Santiago is currently being held in a secure detention until his next hearing. According to CBS Miami, the incident wasn’t the first time Santiago had been involved in a shooting. Last December, Santiago and his brother were featured in a special report on WLRN-TV after they were shot in a drive-by. Santiago, who admitted at the time he was in a gang, was shot in the leg. His brother was left paralyzed. Our hearts go out to Tedra’s family.

Kenya Moore's ex-BF, Matt Jordan, no longer has to stay away from her because a judge tossed the restraining order when she couldn't find him to serve legal docs. Kenya's temporary restraining order was dismissed Wednesday after she was a no-show at a hearing on the matter. Kenya's lawyer tells TMZ ...

she only skipped court because she knew the judge would toss it once he heard Matt hadn't been served. You'll recall ... Kenya said Matt was blowing up her phone 30 times a day and had also threatened her. The temporary restraining order required him to stay 200 yards away from Kenya. Her attorney says Kenya will refile for another protective order ... but she's gonna have to locate Matt eventually.

R. Kelly still has a way with the ladies. Kenny Bryant, a deputy sheriff from Hinds County, Miss., has filed a lawsuit against the R&B singer for allegedly having an affair with his wife. He says he suffered “emotional, psychological and financial loss” due to the actions of Kelly. In documents filed, the plaintiff claims that his wife, Asia Childress, admitted to having an intimate relationship with Kelly prior to their wedding in July 2012. She allegedly said that it was over but rekindled their romance after attending an R. Kelly concert three months later.

“Thereafter, Childress did not have sexual relations with Plaintiff from October 2012 until February 2013,” the lawsuit reads. “Childress was treated for chlamydia during this time period. Childress contracted this sexual disease from her extramarital relationship with R. Kelly.” Soon after that, Bryant claims, his wife persuaded him to move to Atlanta to further her career; however, he believes the motive was to continue a relationship with the “Trapped in the Closet” crooner. During that time,

he claims, Childress would run off to join Kelly on tour around nearby states. Bryant says the move to Georgia was “financially ruinous,” as he was unable to find a good job after the relocation. Bryant also alleges that Childress’s subsequent request for a divorce was the result of Kelly’s “blatant disregard for Bryant’s and Childress’s vows.” “Bryant tried every avenue to hold his marriage together, but his efforts could not prevail against R. Kelly’s continued sexual overtures to Childress,” the lawsuit states. The years-long affair allegedly caused an alienation of affection, and Bryant is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

Justin Bieber's dance moves are about to go viral -- dude was GIGGIN' hard to Kendrick Lamar's new single at an NBA playoff game ... awkwardness be damned. The Biebs had box seats for Game 5 of the Clippers/Jazz series in L.A. Tuesday night, and was inspired to get up and dance when he heard Kendrick's song,

"HUMBLE." Some ticket holders got an up close and personal show of JB doing his thing ... especially the guy next to him. Too close, maybe. Kendrick was in the house, and had the honor of sitting courtside. Key word ... sitting. No one knows his music better than K-Dot.

Kodak Black was just found guilty of violating house arrest by hitting up, among other places, a strip club, and could cost him hard time in prison. Judge Thomas Lynch slapped the rapper with 5 guilty verdicts Wednesday in a Fort Lauderdale courtroom -- finding he'd clearly ventured out of his home without approval from his probation officer.

There was some good news -- the 19-year-old rapper was found not guilty of a battery. He was accused of hitting a bartender in the strip joint. Still, being in the club was bad enough. Kodak will be sentenced next month, and prosecutors are pushing the max, 8 years in prison. Might be a while before his fans hear new music from Kodak.

The three notes recovered in Aaron Hernandez's prison cell were written to his fiancee, his daughter and his attorney, Jose Baez ... NOT a supposed gay lover, sources tell TMZ Sports. The contents of the letters are being kept under wraps for now -- but sources familiar with the investigation tell us the ex-NFL

player did not leave any sort of a message for another inmate. There are reports Hernandez had been corresponding with a "gay lover" during his time in lockup -- but Baez had previously shot that down as false ... saying, "These are malicious leaks used to tarnish somebody who is dead." The University of Louisiana Lafayette football program is in full meltdown mode right now after THIRTEEN PLAYERS were arrested Tuesday night in an alleged dorm room theft. Among the 13 arrested are 8 guys who were projected to be STARTERS this season -- including linebacker Joe Dillon -- who was a freshman All-American last year. The two guys expected to battle it out for the starting RB job -- Jordan Wright and Trey Ragas --

were also included in the bust. So, what happened? Officials say the 13 Ragin' Cajuns players went to a dorm room on April 5 and jacked $2,400 worth of stuff belonging to a student. There's apparently VIDEO of the incident. All 13 players have been charged with criminal conspiracy to commit felony theft. They've been released from custody. The school issued a statement saying all of the players have been suspended for a violation of team rules. ULL opens their season against Southeastern Louisiana on Sept. 2. Wanna bet the line's about to change?

Scott Baio can count on a can of whoopass if he ever runs into Erin Moran's brother, who wants payback for Scott's comments about Erin's substance abuse. Tony Moran tore into Scott ... referring to a brief fling Erin and Scott had way back when they were young TV stars. His Tuesday Facebook post got nasty though when he said, "She told me that you were tiny." Then came the not so thinly veiled threat:

"Get on your knees and pray you never run into me." Tony's angry about Scott's radio interview where he took Erin to task for using drugs. At the time, Scott thought that's what killed her, but later learned it was cancer. Scott told us he wouldn't have been so harsh if he'd known she was battling cancer -- but he stands firm on his view of addiction.

San Antonio Spurs coach Gregg Popovich is a fine-tippin’, wine-sippin’ mensch of a man. The NBA has known this for decades, and now the rest of the world has some visual evidence to support what already could have been deduced with guesswork. Though this will no doubt embarrass five-time champion (especially after the initial Reddit publisher forgot to obscure crucial credit card data on their first swipe), it’s good to see the character continue to reveal itself with Coach Pop, in the form of what appears to be a $5,000 tip on top of a $815.73 tab at McEwen’s Memphis, “known for its wine selection,” according to the San Antonio Express-News: Gregg

Serena Williams has a few more months to go before she’s officially a mother, but the women’s No. 1 ranked tennis player already has the “mama bear” thing down. Williams, 35, is speaking out against racist comments allegedly made by Romanian tennis captain Ilie Nastase. During a Fed Cup press conference on Friday, Nastase — a Grand Slam champion in the ’70s and former world No. 1 — allegedly said of Serena’s unborn child, “Let’s see what color it has. Chocolate with milk?”

Taking a break from her babymoon with fiancé Alexis Ohanian, Williams addressed the incident on Instagram. “It disappoints me to know we live in a society where people like Ilie Nastase can make such racist comments towards myself and unborn child, and sexist comments against my peers,” Williams wrote. The “sexist comments against my peers” statement is referencing other obscene outbursts from Nastase at the Fed Cup tournament during the match between Romania and Great Britain. Nastase was ultimately ejected for verbal abusing Britain’s Johanna Konta, Britain’s captain, Anne Keothavong, and the chair umpire. Serena continued, “I have said it once and I’ll say it again, this world has come so far but yet we have so much further to go.

Yes, we have broken down so many barriers — however there are a plethora more to go. This or anything else will not stop me from pouring love, light and positivity into everything that I do. I will continue to take a lead and stand up for what’s right.” Quoting parts of Maya Angelou’s “Still I Rise” she added, “Does my sassiness upset you? Why are you beset with gloom? You may shoot me with your words… you may try to kill me with your hatefulness, but still like air, I rise.” The International Tennis Federation is considering disciplinary action against Nastase, 70. “The ITF does not tolerate discriminatory and offensive language and behavior of any kind,” the ITF said in a statement.

“We are aware of alleged comments made by Romanian captain Ilie Nastase and have begun an immediate investigation so that we have the full facts of the situation before taking further and appropriate action.” And the ITF has Williams’s full support. “I humbly thank the ITF for any consideration given to all the facts in this case,” she concluded. On Monday, Nastase told the Associated Press he didn’t understand the fuss over his comment about Serena’s unborn child. He said he considers Williams a friend and asked, “I want to know what word I used is racist?” Williams hasn’t let the incident get her down. After climbing back to the top spot in the Women’s Tennis Association rankings, the superstar posted a sweet message to her “Dearest Baby” on social media. Yeah, Serena is definitely having the last laugh with this one.

Mel B's ex-nanny has dozens of photos to back her claim she wasn't just the hired help, and the singer seduced her into three-way sex with Stephen Belafonte. We broke the story ... Lorraine Gilles filed a defamation lawsuit against Mel for saying Gilles got knocked up by Belafonte. Gilles insists Mel was totally in on and aware of the sexual escapades with Belafonte. As part of her lawsuit, she submitted

more than a couple dozen shots she says were taken during her 7 year relationship with Mel and Stephen. The pics certainly make it seem like she was tighter with the couple than your average nanny. Then again, it's clearly much happier times. As we told you ... Mel admits they had three-ways, but insists Gilles and Belafonte had sex separately from her, and without her knowledge.

La La Anthony didn't let her split from Carmelo Anthony keep her from spending her weekend in one of NYC's top strip clubs ... but this time, it was more business than pleasure. We've learned La La hit up Sapphire New York on Friday night -- but sources tell us she wasn't throwing around singles and partying it up, she was there to shoot footage for her new TV show. La La is a producer on a docu-series called

"Goal Diggers" -- about women in risque industries (strippers and video girls) who break out and become mainstream businesswomen. We're told one of the women in the series works at Sapphire, so La La and some crew members hit up the club to shoot footage. It just so happened her good friend French Montana was there (he was there to party) -- so they kicked it together inside the building. We spoke with French in NYC on Monday who told us La La is doing so well since the split, he came up with a new nickname for her.

Mel B is not disputing what her former nanny claimed in her defamation lawsuit against the singer -- that Mel B, husband Stephen Belafonte and the then-nanny had 3-ways for 7 years ... but Mel B says the 2 of them crossed the line. Sources connected with the singer tell TMZ ... Belafonte hired Lorraine Gilles and then convinced both her and Mel B to have 3-ways, which they did over a period of 7 years.

Mel B claims the deal was broken several years ago when Belafonte and Gilles had sex without her. According to Mel B sources, she claims sometimes they would have 3-ways, but other times Belafonte and Gilles would do it together without her knowledge. Our Mel B sources claim Belafonte convinced her to have 3-ways with numerous people over the 10-year marriage. In Gilles' defamation lawsuit, she calls BS on Mel B's claims that she had an affair with Belafonte, that he got her pregnant and that he convinced her to have an abortion. We're told Mel B has doubled down and continues to insist Belafonte got Gilles pregnant.

Migos' Quavo now has his own piece of bling based off one of the group's hit tracks, but unlike Offset ... he decided to big up the song, "Dat Way." Quavo threw down $35k for his new rose gold chain and Napoleon pendant covered in over 300 diamonds at a total weight of 10 carats.

It was made by Atlanta's Icebox Diamonds & Watches, where owner Zahir Jooma tells us Quavo is a regular. Zahir says Quavo asked for Napoleon pointing "dat way" since it symbolized power and progress. Quavo was already rockin' the new bling last weekend at Coachella. Remember, Offset was at the festival, repping for "Bad and Boujee" with his raindrop chain.

Drake didn't get an Instagram model pregnant and thinks her claim is so ridiculous he didn't even sic his team on her ... sources connected to the rapper tell TMZ. It's interesting ... Layla Lace posted earlier this week that Drake knocked her up in London and went radio silent once she told him. But she has since scrubbed all traces of the allegations.

There have been rumblings Drake's team went nuts on her and threatened her with a lawsuit unless she removed the posts. Not true. He's never even met her. Our sources say Drake's team never reached out to Layla much less threatened her ... they believe she did it for attention and when people talked about her there was no need to keep the posts up. Aaron Hernandez's fiancee is concerned evidence from the ex-NFL's star's death could be discarded ... so she's suing the Dept. of Corrections to make sure they preserve every single thing that could possibly prove he didn't kill himself. Shayanna Jenkins -- the mother of Aaron's 4-year-old daughter -- filed court docs Wednesday asking a superior court judge to prevent state officials from destroying video recordings, physical evidence and prison records connected to Hernandez. And why?

Aaron's attorney, Jose Baez, has suggested Hernandez's death wasn't suicide -- it was murder -- and he vowed to run his own investigation to get to the truth. It appears Jenkins is doing her part to help Baez's investigation. The judge is hearing the matter Friday. Hernandez died on Wednesday morning after prison officials say they found him hanging from a bed sheet in his cell. Officials say Aaron left suicide notes in his cell and blocked the door to prevent officers from rescuing him.

Lil Wayne is insisting he's with Jay Z's Roc Nation now, and no longer a part under Birdman's umbrella ... despite his unsettled legal war to flee Cash Money. Wayne sat down for an interview with Skip Bayless on FS1's 'Undisputed,' and chose his words carefully. Weezy never said he "signed" with Roc Nation ...

but laid out what Jay IS doing for him right now. Lil Wayne sued Cash Money 2 years ago, asking to be released from the label. We know that hasn't been resolved yet, and Wayne admits as much to Skip. Still, he's making it clear where his allegiance lies -- it's the 2nd time in a month Weezy's thrown up the Roc. Why does it feel like he's doing this for one person in particular?

Janet Jackson left her fans high and dry and they're pissed about not getting concert refunds ... and one of 'em is filing a class action lawsuit to get the money. Tiana Adams filed the suit blasting Live Nation for the fact Janet's fans haven't seen a dime ... even though she's postponed the Unbreakable World Tour at least 3 times.

In docs, Adams says Live Nation's trying to get away without issuing refunds by repeatedly treating the tour as "rescheduled" and not "cancelled." Janet's yet to pin down a date she'll get back on the road, except to say it will be sometime in 2017. As we reported ... Janet announced back in

April 2016 she was putting her tour on hold -- on doctor's orders -- to make a baby. Fans are fed up and just want their money back. We reached out to Live Nation, so far no word back. Janet is not being sued. How could they? Look at that kid!

Wiz Khalifa's got perfect timing -- his Khalifa Kush is back just in time to salute his favorite holiday. The rapper's indica-dominant hybrid strain is available only at RiverRock Cannabis in Denver, CO ... and the joint's director of operations, Rich Miller, tells us the store stocked up with 6 pounds of the rapper's popular kush.

A bunch of stoners lined up when the store opened Thursday morning to get their weed. It's expected to sell out FAST ... not just because it's 4/20 but because Wiz is scheduled for a concert at nearby Red Rocks Amphitheatre this weekend. Getting Wiz kinda high will cost ya -- about $55 for an 1/8th, but you get a $10 discount if you're buying it for medicinal purposes. Happy 4/20!!

Mary J. Blige is ripping into estranged husband Martin "Kendu" Isaacs for spending her hard-earned money on his new girlfriend, and demanding she support his kids from a previous relationship. TMZ obtained new docs filed by Mary in the divorce, and she says during the marriage Martin took more than $420,000 and chalked it up as "travel charges." Remember, he was her manager ...

but Mary says those expenses were not business-related and did NOT include her. She says Martin spent that dough on his gf. As we've reported ... Martin is asking for more than $110k per month in spousal support, but Mary says that's outrageous. She says, "I am not responsible for supporting [Martin's] parents and his children from another relationship which he lists as ongoing monthly expenses." Plus, Mary says there's no money left for handouts, anyway. In the docs, she says their estate is "underwater" ... to the tune of $10 million. As she put it, she has all the burden of covering their expenses, while Martin "contributes absolutely nothing." We reached out to Martin's attorney, but no word back yet.

Scottie Pippen and Larsa have finally made a decision on the state of their marriage -- and will move forward with the divorce ... TMZ Sports has learned. The good news ... the NBA legend and the former 'Real Housewives' star are on really good terms and have vowed to remain friends after the split. We broke the story ... Scottie filed divorce docs back in October after 19 years of marriage.

The two have 4 kids together. But the two spent months trying to work things out and just last week they traveled to Universal Orlando Resort as a family. In the end, the two sides decided it's just not working and the best move is to split. We're told both Scottie and Larsa have vowed to remain friends and co-parent their kids. Of course, the couple had issues in the past -- but, as one source put it, "Couples argue. It never got physical." The good news ... both should do well on the dating scene.

Aaron Hernandez killed himself in his prison cell Tuesday night using a bed sheet, this according to prison officials. The 27-yr.-old ex-NFL star had just been acquitted in a double murder case and his lawyer Jose Baez had told TMZ Sports he believed Hernandez had a real shot at getting a previous murder conviction overturned. But Wednesday morning officials at the Souza Baranowski Correctional Center in Massachusetts found Aaron dead in his cell.

"Mr. Hernandez hangs himself utilizing a bed sheet that he attached to his cell window," a rep for the Massachusetts Department of Corrections said in a statement. "Mr. Hernandez also attempted to block his door from the inside by jamming the door with various items." Officials say Hernandez was discovered at 3:05 AM on Wednesday morning, and they tried to save his life. He was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead at 4:07 AM. The McDonald's employees who called the cops on the Facebook killer are going to get the $50,000 reward ... at least if law enforcement has its way. We spoke with local and federal law enforcement officials who tell us ... they believe the employees were the lynchpin that caused cops to corner Steve Stephens in Erie, PA. As you know, Stephens killed himself. As for the reward, Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson said, "There is an award up to $50,000 for the arrest of Mr. Steve Stephens.

The money comes from the FBI, ATF and U.S. Marshal Service." Sticklers could argue no one should get the award because Stephens wasn't arrested, but there have been similar cases over the years where law enforcement determined the reward conditions were met. The law enforcement officials with whom we spoke say it's clear ... the McDonald's employees made the difference. They spotted Stephens and stalled him at the drive-thru so cops could make their move. We're told so far there have been no official meetings on the reward, but it sounds like the employees are in for a big surprise.

Carmelo Anthony was messing around with a woman who now claims she's pregnant with his baby -- and as you can imagine, his wife, La La, is pissed ... TMZ Sports has learned. Multiple sources tell us ... the other woman often works at a gentlemen's club in NYC, and we're told she's claiming to be 6 and a half months pregnant with Melo's child. We're also told she has made it clear to Melo she expects him to kick in for medical expenses and other baby related costs. Sources close to both Melo and La La are telling us the marriage has been rocky for a while -- and while the pregnancy wasn't the tipping point, it certainly didn't help. So far, neither side has filed divorce papers but we're told there's virtually zero chance of a reconciliation.

Ryan Destiny is the latest celebrity to prove that pants are optional at Coachella. The singer and actress attended Day 2 of the festival in not-all-there jeans. They appeared to be missing a leg. The Star star wore one-legged, loose-fitting jeans held up by a black belt at Coachella’s the Hyde Away. Her left leg was completely bare, exposing a black bodysuit that read “Ready For Trumpocalypse.” These were definitely one of the wildest excuses for pants we’ve seen at Coachella this year. And we’re not even sure you can call them pants, because pants have two legs.

This was just a pant. However, they aren’t the weirdest jeans we’ve ever seen. A few pairs of pants making the rounds lately provide some stiff competition. Kendall Jenner stepped out in Los Angeles on March 31 wearing one of the most questionable denim trends we’ve seen in a while: “invisible jeans.” Attached to the jorts were frayed seams running down the sides of her legs and frayed cuffs around her ankles. Essentially, she was wearing a pair of jeans with the majority of the legs cut out and only a three-dimensional outline remaining.

And the new Vetements x Levi’s line includes a series of denim designs with strategically placed zippers, including at least one pair of jeans that has a zipper running vertically down the backside. Then there were Topshop’s MOTO clear-panel mom jeans — a high-waisted, light-wash pair of denim jeans with clear plastic knee panels. Mother of London, a conceptual bespoke and ready-to-wear fashion brand, then countered Topshop’s ridiculous design with a pair of polar-opposite pants — clear “mom jeans” with denim knee patches. Ariel Winter and Kylie Jenner have also recently shown penchants for ripped jeans — except these rips are right at the bottom of the butt. We’re afraid to ask what’s next.

NBA star Carmelo Anthony and former MTV VJ La La Anthony have reportedly separated. La La moved out of the family home last week, and is currently living in her own place in New York City, according to TMZ. According to the report, the two have had "ups and downs" in the past, but Carmelo's current season with the New York Knicks has been "extremely stressful" on the marriage for the past few months. However, the pair is reportedly amicable and not talking divorce yet -- just separation. Carmelo, 32, and La La, 37, have one child together, 10-year-old Kiyan. The two married in July 2010, but had been engaged since Christmas Day 2004.

Aspire Music Group has sued Cash Money Records, alleging missing profits and copyright royalties stemming from Drake's first six solo albums. In a new lawsuit filed Monday in the Manhattan Supreme Court, Aspire Music Group — represented by longtime Donald Trump litigator Marc E. Kasowitz — has sued Cash Money Records, alleging missing profits and copyright royalties stemming from Drake's first six solo albums, which could end up totaling in the tens of millions, according to court documents reviewed by Billboard. The suit cites breach of contract, breach of good faith and fair dealing and tortious interference as specific claims, and includes Cash Money co-owners Bryan "Birdman" Williams and Ronald "Slim" Williams, as well as Young Money Entertainment, as defendants. News of the impending suit was first reported in January by Page Six. In the filing,

Aspire claims that in 2008, it signed an exclusive recording agreement with Drake, then entered into an agreement in June 2009 with Cash Money Records that would allow Drake to record for the label in exchange for one-third of the net profits of his first six albums and one third of the copyrights of his master recordings for those same albums, as well as monthly accounting and payments. As laid out in court documents, those albums are 2009's So Far Gone, 2010's Thank Me Later, 2011's Take Care, 2013's Nothing Was the Same, 2015's If You're Reading This, It's Too Late and 2016's Views. However,

Aspire alleges that, outside of "a few modest advances," Cash Money never paid out any profits or royalties; that monthly accounting was sporadic, full of "inflated and impermissible deductions," and eventually stopped materializing; and that Aspire was never registered with a one-third ownership stake on any recordings with the U.S. Copyright Office or with royalty administrators such as SoundExchange. In addition, the complaint says that Cash Money signed a direct exclusive artist agreement with Drake in January 2013 — despite Aspire's pre-existing deal — that paid the artist $10 million, $4 million of which was in profits from albums under the Aspire-Cash Money agreement that Aspire claims was due to the company. Many of these allegations are not new;

Jas Prince, who is credited with bringing Drake to Aspire in the first place, sued the company in 2012, and then brought a suit against Cash Money over this very same issue in Florida in 2015. That lawsuit was subsequently dismissed, with Prince saying he wanted to refile in New York. But the details alleged in the new suit are more revealing. In the accounting provided by Cash Money to Aspire, court documents say, Cash Money sent copies of its payments from distributor Universal and included deductions for recording, marketing and production costs, as well as artist royalties and advances, that had already been deducted from

Universal's payments — effectively making them double deductions. The result was accounting that showed no payments due to Aspire. Documents also show that due to the structure of Cash Money's distribution deal with Universal, most of the money it receives from the major comes in the form of advances — some $100 million, documents claim — that have not been shared with Aspire. Due to the size of those advances, Aspire alleges that Cash Money failed to audit Universal's payments and thus have not adequately collected on all its net profits — leaving Aspire out in the cold down the line. All told, the balance is therefore unknown; Aspire is asking the court to supervise a full accounting of Cash Money's books in order to determine the amount due under its contract.

Rihanna topped a sparkly silver bodysuit with an off-shoulder Gucci tee and barely-there jean shorts for a “bad gal” worthy Coachella look on Saturday. Wearing bedazzled sunglasses, the “Love on the Brain” singer, 29, posed for her Instagram followers down, writing, ” I can’t go home yet, cuz enough people ain’t seen my outfit. ” BFF Melissa Forde, wearing a bandana over her moth, shared a pair of Instagram videos partying with the star at the festival. Though she credited a stylist in her post with a tag, the chart-topper is a fashion maven in her own right. With her Fenty Puma line and the sunglasses market cornered,

RiRi is next taking on high jewelry with Chopard, reported by WWD. With the moniker “Rihanna Loves Chopard,” the collection is reportedly inspired by the Grammy-winner’s island roots, and features nods to the gardens of her native Barbados and hints of the vibrant splashes of color from Carnival. The line is set to launch at the Cannes Film Festival in May. “Rihanna and I collaborated closely on the collections, so you can feel her unstoppable energy, strong creativity, and inherent sense of design in every piece,” the brand’s co-president and creative director Caroline Scheufele said in a statement. “With her unique style, she redefines the way people see and wear jewelry.” Coachella will last through Sunday and pick up again for another weekend starting Friday, April 21.

A tragic crime occurred this week in Florida after a barber was slain by a patron for refusing to cut the person’s hair for less than the required rate. Witnesses say the man was angered that the barber and shop owner refused to cut his hair for $2 and returned to the business brandishing a handgun. The shooting took place in Mount Dora, northwest of Orlando. As reported by the Orlando Sentinel, a man entered a barber shop on Old Highway 441 and asked for a haircut at a heavily discounted rate.

When he was refused, the angry patron came back to the store and opened fire. The unidentified victim was struck in the head and succumbed to the wounds, while customers in the shop subdued the unnamed gunman and restrained him until police arrived at the scene. The weapon allegedly used in the killing was found at the scene, and the attacker was taken to the Orlando Regional Medical Center. The nature of his injuries was not revealed. A reporter for local news outlet WPXI spoke to eyewitnesses, who said the gunman was seriously injured. Witnesses said the victim was “real nice and real kind” and demanded that the gunman be brought to justice.
